In 2007, Vistana is at around 180-200psf. Those selling at 240k are those with 1200+ or 1300sqf unit.
In 2008, price go to 200-240psf, 2009 at similar lever and late 2009 move to 220psf to 250psf
i have been to 2-3 Vistana auction in 2007 and 2008 but fail to get one. Rental is around 1600 F/F at that moment for standard 1000sf 2+1 unit.
In early 2010 stay someway around there. However price start to move since mid 2010, from 250psf to 300psf. Now i believe it is about 300-350psf
Pls take note that the facing and layout of the unit make lot of difference in psf price. at least 10% difference.
There is a step increase over 3 month time the price of Vistana in late 2010 to early 2011. YTL is trying to dispose it unit in Vistana R. In late nov/Dec 2010, it is at around 250psf but in Feb/mar 2011, it increase the price to 300psf in the next batch after looking at the transacted price of TS.

moreover, 2008 pricing should also be LESS than 200k and not 200-240psf ..
but anyway, we can always take ur 200k lower price bracket in 2008 and compared with higher bracket at 350k in 2011 .. there it goes, we still have 70% increase in capital due to TS ..
Now we are clear with who is lying and confusing ppl ..

Today Vistana is asking 350k from subsale (not auction), dont care what the transacted price is .. so here we go .. an auctioned price to a subsale asking price meaning a 70% appreciation ..
see what u guys got to say this time ..
so surely fast forward 2016, TS SURELY can command 770k .. U must believe in PAi again this time ..
