in that case, i would consider Vistana as a better bet .. Completion of M-Sentral would also benefit Vistana apart from TS ..
moreover, Vistana entry cost is still much lower at least 100k less than TS ..
Upon completion of M-Sentral, TS can command 770k, then Vistana can command 700k .. so the return rate is still higher than TS ..
