Went to Sentosa Medical Centra on saturday and saw this project, went to their sales office too (actually they are still finalising the work there), pretty impressive with the location as it nearby to LRT and monorail station.
Also nearby to GHKL, IJN and UKM campus, easy to rent out by targetting docs , students ?

2) Total 3 blocks.-- 2 with 8 units per floor, 1 with 4 units per floor.
3) Floor : 38 floors, 8 units per flr with 4 lifts

they just put up one board showing their original price and the after-70k-discount price, but she cant confirm when will the discount period ends

My take :

1. Location is excellent with LRT and monorail within walking distance.
2. Developer has got quite a decent reputation in Penang and KLCC area.
3. Very reasonably priced.


VERDICT : Buy, Buy, Buy

not open for booking yet if not mistaken..


now look at the downside of the project perhaps
1. congested area and very limited parking space (unit only comes with 1 car park)
2. good view blocked by the hotels ?
3. anymore ?

Not yet...........but very keen. Cant wait for it to be open to public

I'm looking forward for the launching soon. Any idea how do I register for the soft launch?

On that note would like to add that ALL undercon projects will have delivery risk. Prospective buyers should due full due-dilligence on location, developer and future prospects.

EPF Withdrawal to purchase a second house is allowed after the first house purchased utilizing EPF has been sold or disposal of ownership of property has taken place. Disposal of ownership refers to 'loss of ownership of the first house owned by you either due to auction, surrender of property by court order, transfer of ownership because of love and affection, destruction of house due to natural disaster, abandoned housing project or cancellation of purchase'.
