Went to Sentosa Medical Centra on saturday and saw this project, went to their sales office too (actually they are still finalising the work there), pretty impressive with the location as it nearby to LRT and monorail station.
Also nearby to GHKL, IJN and UKM campus, easy to rent out by targetting docs , students ? hmm.gif

Feedback are most welcomed biggrin.gif

some info from other site

1) Freehold ( Standard size : 1100 sq ft -- 3R2B no balcony design)
2) Total 3 blocks.-- 2 with 8 units per floor, 1 with 4 units per floor.
3) Floor : 38 floors, 8 units per flr with 4 lifts
4) Price : RM250K up.

i doubt the price will still be at RM250K onwards when open to public..
if really so cheap then surely will sold out in 1st few days..

this one is stated at the sales office, and also wat the sales lady told me unsure.gif
and this is the price after a discount for 70k for all units, reason not known tongue.gif

maybe discount for their own staffs and partners..  brows.gif

so when official launch should be RM320k onwards?
RM320k for a 1100sqft unit still consider cheap for its location..

anyway, please let me know if u got any lobang to get a unit there at discounted price..  notworthy.gif

they just put up one board showing their original price and the after-70k-discount price, but she cant confirm when will the discount period ends unsure.gif

My take :

1. Location is excellent with LRT and monorail within walking distance.
2. Developer has got quite a decent reputation in Penang and KLCC area.
3. Very reasonably priced.

VERDICT : Buy, Buy, Buy smile.gif

now look at the downside of the project perhaps hmm.gif
1. congested area and very limited parking space (unit only comes with 1 car park)
2. good view blocked by the hotels ?
3. anymore ? unsure.gif

On that note would like to add that ALL undercon projects will have delivery risk. Prospective buyers should due full due-dilligence on location, developer and future prospects.

Buying something affordable with LRT connectivity............is a no-brainer smile.gif

sorry off topic
i just saw this on EPF website
EPF Withdrawal to purchase a second house is allowed after the first house purchased utilizing EPF has been sold or disposal of ownership of property has taken place. Disposal of ownership refers to 'loss of ownership of the first house owned by you either due to auction, surrender of property by court order, transfer of ownership because of love and affection, destruction of house due to natural disaster, abandoned housing project or cancellation of purchase'.
http://www.kwsp.gov.my/index.php?ch=p2memb...rawtype&ac=1850

my current house I did not utilise my EPF 2nd account, so I can still use my 2nd acc to pay for down payment ? anyone can confirm ?
thank you
