saw D3000 available at few shops in 1U.. the price show is 2299.. not sure what's the actual street price...

maybe.... 'cause D60 is around 1.8k...
btw.. according to one of the shop.. the new nikkor 18-200 will be at around 2.8k... but still not available yet...

Thanks for the battery info guys... still surveying speedlites, other than the SB-600, kinda tempted by the Nissin Di622 and Di866 too...

actually the Di866 costs slightly more and has more options & features (kinda like an equivalent to the sb-900)...
