I make my complaint and suggestion at ioi website just now. In less than 2 hours they called me up and acknowledge receving it. In fact they are aware of some minor design shortcoming in Zarra and still fine tunning it.

Also, I am comparing to Setia Walk and Atmofera. These peer apartment are way expensive than The Zest.
The Zest actually have a good concept. Facing Golf course only cost 300k. Next to Giant.

Facing sourth, and wind from the reserve forest.
Some water is coming down from the reserve forest too...

I buy The Peak for own stay n also becos of the fengshui is extremely good, left side green dragon is very good and the chi is very strong, can see the forest,cool wind even during 12 noon, right hand side the white tiger is tame,after checking the layout of the house,its a balance house for me and wife, triple good for my son,tats what I like about it, despite all the minor hairline crack that IOI is going to make good, well I really don't mind at all. Ya the house is consider good to me, as my sifu say its sitting North and face South, ichiban for wealth luck, very "ong" he said.

Most will think The Peak is outdated design and old,tats why they don't take The Peak I think.

wooo..good feng shui master...dragon concept...my sifu is different in calculation...

she is based on yin and yang ...and our personal details... and the address/location of the house..she say normally a house maybe good to someone but not for others...For example may good for the husband but not wife or both...

some house if the yin and yang not balance will welcome the uninvited energy... just dunno how she predict..but
overall just she can tell us good or not...the sifu is quite accurate..had visited her since 20 years ago....i think she can see the future...
i had tested her out...she can predict some of my future...amazing..and it did happen as what she said..luckily is a good news

she say this indirectly will affect your wealth, educ,health and etc..coz if the house nothing kacau eventually will be good and everything will
be fine...she is more specific in calculation coz based on personal details and the house combination.

FS is not the most important deciding factor, the ranking is Fate, Luck and follow by good Fung Sui. U can check with any FS master they will tell u this. Just do good deed will help improve u life. FS is just to enhance it.

Yes agreed...some very good master can predict what will happen to u in the next few months, not 100% accurate but very close..quite amazing if u ask me why...

it is hidden now only...he also remind me dun tell anything good or not to others blindly as it might not apply to others..if it is wrong then..is not good

Ya my sifu usually calculate the "pat chee" of all the members of the family, plus a bit of "mau san" as well as the "flying star" calculation to check the house,after that he will consult his temple god also about the house, he is a "tang-ki" so its easier to check whether the house got "bad energy" or uninvited guest staying. Been consulting him for a very long time already, thats why I consult him again after getting this second house.

According to him, house fengshui is 80% external factor,20% is internal factor, the rest also depend on individual luck and all the text book theory.

Well, cannot denied it, out of 10 of my friend, 6 will consult fengshui master. You don't want to stay in a house facing "T" junction or cul-de-sac area very bad for fengshui and very dangerous in science term, some drunk fella might drive straight into your house, tat time no Buddha can help you.

I talk to some BK9 Cahaya broker enquire about house prices for sub-sale, those facing south,she quote me extra RM30k, so I think the facing part have to do with the price too sometime.

you are right, the hse facing south normally price will be more expensive than the one facing north. Beside feng shu, the hse temperature will be good to as hse facing south having a morning sun and the hse facing north have a evening sun facing. Basically , the hse facing south will be more comfortable when you back from office at evening..
I believe in feng shui but the most important thing is your own feeling with that hse. if you are not confortable even in the first step you stepping in, just forget about the hse, you even don't need to see the master shi fu...

i mean morning sunshine come in at the left and evening sunshine coming from the right .....my hse is end lot , so only feel sunshine at left hand side at the morning and my opposite neighbour (Facing north) is enjoying the sunshine at the evening time. You have to see your self the hse then you will know what i am talking about

it's becoz the movement of earth around the sun, the direction of the evening sun is changing and not constant from West.

if u observed.. the sun is exactly on the west side during Mar & Sep.
Sep-Dec, the sun is "moving" towards SW... Jan-Mar "moving" back to direct W.
Mar-June "moving" from W towards NW... June-Sep "moving" back to direct W.
