Lot number is not your house number. In fact you can get all your question answered by calling/visitting IOI sales office

if the house already completed,you can go to the actual house there to check.

any idea about IOI intelli city? soli to ask

Hopefully we can gather enough Serena buyers and set up a RA soon.
Zarya has yet to be launched, so we won't be seeing any buyers there yet.

Puteri 11 residents are talking to the MPSJ and IOI to not build the condo block. Still under negotiations.

Just ask the sales off,they said Zarya dun have free MOT when launch, but who knows??? MAPEX wil on fr 27Jul until 2Aug at KLCC,dun know IOI join or not, may b at that time they wil make any good promotion???

I sense their new lady gm cannot tahan pressure... if response to Zarya not good, she probably will throw out whatever promotion... just see what she did for Vistaria & Serena. Make her legs shaking then u got the perks u hv never expected

Puteri 6 got url link? I m not aware of that actually, my in-law is staying there now, the security and guard there so far is perform on par with what the residents expected.

let just wait til moved-in this October only look for the RA to subscribe the guard services.

Next phase of Serena, initially called Serena 2, later changed to ZARYA, yesterday changed the name again to ZARRA.

It is open for booking on 9am, 17th July 2009. Initial price is RM560K, may subject to change. No details layout plan and show room yet.
