Eh, free MOT is quite good. MOT can be quite expensive. So outright means they paid you cash or absorb into homeloan?

MOT free during period of AIG and the whole stock market at US and European went down
to half. Now , i think no more kuar..coz the price went up another 10K for DST also finish liow.
can ask IOI..good luck.

....All the developers had difficult time at that period. If not mistaken, Serena lauched somewhere
November 2008 and the market just went down. Surprisingly, now left 10++ units only. Is really
a Bolehland.

Maybe the pilot want to view BPP or BU Pilot spying.

no more freebie of MOT fee

gotta ask them this Sat..

the freebie of MOT ended on the last day of June, after that no more.

if i'm not mistaken, freebies like free MOT were 1st in the history of ioi... those buying with that promotion really "jap toh"
during the good time their sales staff were so lcly....
in addition, these buyer also got loan interest relieve for income tax from government for the next 2 yrs.

these people should really thank the economic crisis!!

yes boss i m really very lucky to booked the house during their promotion, ioi absorbed the S&P agreement, free MOT. The 2nd 10% downpayment they deduct the MOT fee out from the 2nd 10% downpayment and ask me to pay the MOT by myself. In tat sense I save a lot already. Can use some of the money save up to buy better kitchen utensil and equipment like Fujioh stuff

How about the Vistaria in Puchong Jaya? Did IOI manage to sell all of it now and no need for freebies anymore? That place really hard to sell.

1 of my net friend told me he grab the so called last unit of serene 2 storeys cos 1 joker loan rejected

those early bird buying vistaria really got to vomit blood... selling price now is lower and some more got freebies free MOT etc...
tat translates to depreciation of more than 10%...

so i really dun understand ioi... they are now penalizing early birds rather than rewarding them

even the early birds buying serena also suffered the same

there r pros & cons to all these... early birds get to choose their fav hse nbr & location. The tail ender hv no choice but to take what IOI hv left, just b'cos of the freebies they may hv prob selling (nbr not good fengshui, beside TNB substation or too near to water tank)

ok... if take tat into consideration... assume it's "ta woh"...
if ioi really appreciate its buyer, the early birds should get something extra... some how early birds laid the foundation of confidence to the late potential buyers

What did IOI mean by Zarya is the last terrace development in Puchong Puteri? No more land? Future development will be only condo and semi-d and bungalow?

Serena not get MOT free for early birds mehh... november economy down..then only the free MOT come into
idea. MOT free for Serena end April not June.

if i'm not mistaken, probably around Feb-09, the free MOT come into picture for all their properties.
those buying during launch really got "cheated" by ioi... never expect they also scare of economic crisis

if got chance buy their properties... better be "late birds" than early birds, got more perks for "late birds"

yea, it should end in April as when I bought Serena in June IOI only absorb the SPA

maybe there is some kind of unfairnest on the sales technic but at the first place IOI didn't
force purchaser to buy their hse, how can we say cheated. . if price go higher like us in
Olivia we all say lucky.. . it a matter of give or take ( satisfied of what you hv buy &
forget abt what IOI do with the rest of the hse )
