I like the Vistaria Residences...(if can afford RM800K ++ house) !!

i think the last phase of Bdr Puteri Puchong could be at least RM50K higher....

currently, Juniper 2.5 sty selling between RM540K to RM570K.... but I rather fork out
extra RM50K + for the new 2.5 storey Senera...given the new modern design,
spacious layout & high ceiling, the courtyard...attached bathroom for every room,
and better tiles, auto gate, alarm system compared to Juniper...

I noticed that IOI tend to offer more features and then charged higher price
with each phase...eg.
(back fully extended, auto gate, alarm system, etc...)

wondering if serena pre-installed with piping for solar system?

trojant....u book the 2 storey or 2 1/2 storey ? really hope that the last phase of the residential to be launch soon
...so that both Serena and Future launching houses can be completed almost same time...

from the scale model of bdr puteri puchong, u can see that the last phase TH, the end lots mostly facing junction, not so good, unless IOI do some changes on the layout..

Added on June 8, 2009, 3:13 pmanybody notice that the Serena car porch is quite short and not wide enough? i drove my car inside the car porch at the 2nd unit beside show house, not much spae left for 2nd car, not to mention if u drive big car or MPV. Also no space for u to dry u shirt, unless u dry it at courtyard.

What is pre-installed with piping for solar system ?
Is it the so called mixer ?

Different piping (i think is copper type) is needed to carry the hot water from water tank to outlet and then need to be centralized as well, normal pvc pipe cannot tahan the hot water.
If piping is not prepared to support hot water, then got to hack the wall & change the piping system.

Not sure that's correct, some one with experience can verify??

From the IOI website, the description on Serena comes with mixer. I'm wondering if the mixer is the piping?
I visited the Serena showhouse, the master bedroom comes with a rainforest shower. So wondering what is the use if we cannot install hot water?
Any expert advise?

hi everybody, i m staying at puteri 11 Olivia. trust me u wl like BPP. All phase r gated & guard around the clock ( for puteri 11 around 6 guard on every shift ) even police patrol car round here twice a day.

BBP hv all these..Govt hospital, Private hospital,public library,indoor wet market,hypermarkets,public park,largest badminton hall and my fav is all those famous food shop is coming to BPP to open their branches...

first 2 year free...IOI provide, after that need to set up RA to hired own guard. i think abt rm80 per mth is everyone is co-op..hehehehe

RM80 quite expensive, i'm paying RM35 at my Tmn Putra Prima...
