considering the left over 2.5 storeys SERENA now

HM and myself kinda like the whole design... but now question is it worth or not?

ya ...the backyard of 3 feets...demm it ! sad.gif

Becareful with the front. My car (civic) go in, already left 2-3 feets simply can hit the door.

Same one lar. Conflict will happen because limited parking. I know a intermediate unit got 5-7 cars. So how? They park where-ever they can find space.

If can, try to get the Dhyan Puri or Edge 36 bungalows at Puteri 12. Can park 6 cars inside no problem  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

hahah
It's all because of IOI la.. the road is too narrow. Actually. 14ft only
same to latest phase.. bigger houses still 14 ft.

Those facing play ground will be very hot

heard serena 2.5 storey left about 10 + units...the rest all sold...
the price is still RM638.8K.... the last phase ...now called ZARRA..
for 2 storey...at least more than RM550K ++... so the gap between
Serena 2.5 sty and ZARRA 2 storey is smaller... better get serena
now ....

BTW, my friend wanted to sell his Puteri 11 (Type Olivia...for
RM560K 22x70) newly completed ...interested let me know !

Yes. Serena 2.5 sty is good choice. Can ask whether IOI got introducer fee or not? icon_rolleyes.gif

HM prefer SERENA design...so NADIA is OUT !

not really a 580k vs 640k bujet issue

Added on July 14, 2009, 10:27 pmthe main drawback now is the traffic

also the security ... but look at 600k nowadays not much choices

previously we consider BU area..but with 600k really a peanut there sad.gif

how about ARA Damansara?

i will choose Serena Bdr Puteri Puchong over Ara damansara... I think everywhere Traffic is the same...as long as u
still live in major cities... and for security...hopefully got some outspoken Serena & ZARYA buyers...and form
own RA.... like those in Puteri 6 IXORA and Puteri 8...are pretty good... rclxms.gif

Bdr puteri puchong is strategically located.... surrounded by Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, Bdr Sunway, USJ, Bkt Jalil,....
and is near to Seri Petaling, Seri Kembangan, PJ, Shah Alam, etc...
with all the facilities like hospital, library, badminton complex, banks, shops, hypermarket, parks, and possible a
public swimming pool... & LRT , BPP is a very convenient place to live

most places also got to pay toll... cry.gif

Sunway pyramid, Subang Parade, Jusco Equine, Mid valley (use federal highway or Jln Puchong),
Pavillion/KLCC (use KL-Putrajaya highway) not too far from BPP....
and i read in the EDGE that IOI is planning a big MALL in IOI Resort..
i usually go shopping only during sunday...so no jam if go early...

and if u stay in BPP or Puchong...basically u can find everything here !!!..lots of good restaurant.... icon_rolleyes.gif

for your info, puchong properties prices already on par (of not surpass) PJ and subang area...
and with many upmarket developments eg. boulvard, IOI Intellicity, PFCC, Setia Walk...
the image has changed...and may rival Bangsar or Hartamas in years to come !

i was from the other end of the LDP /PJ area b4 moving to BP; and everyday, it had been some nitemare n nuisance to passby the prime traffic jam areas ie. uptown, BU, tmn tun, the curve, damansara perdana until reaching the toll to bandar sri damansara; the jam was so much worse at any time dat you have to literally come to a HALT ....however in my current BP place, no matter how bad the jam is, well its still considered a luxury compared to those happenings in PJ

truth to be told, I got to admit dat the majority of the prime malls r located within the PJ n KL area; however if ever I need to buy something, I dont mind to drive a bit, and at any time when I reach home, its HOUSE ON THE SCENERY HILLs biggrin.gif hehehe

n yes I very much agree, BP is very much centralised, to KLIA, PJ, KL , shah alam, old klang road, is all within reach easily

best part is, where on earth / klangvalley can u find that many shops being centralised ? the shops in BP alone can easily out numbered the many enclaves of old PJ, you name it they have it. And coming back to the topic on shopping mall, hehe I aint no shopping mall freak; so it doesnt matter if I need to drive out passing the sunway toll into pj or kl area, afterall more malls r coming up like setiawalk n iois
