Trojan

I have no intention to put solar water system, according to the spec list they come with mixer, mean they are ready for solar water system.

All I want is the "rain shower" type of shower system by adding the electric pump and change of shower head will be just nice.  rclxm9.gif

what is the difference between solar piping system and mixer??? do you means the spec had mixer, then
it will same as solar piping system ??? as i see mixer can turn to hot or cold but not sure it can support hot water also.
Mixer = shower head only??? or is solar system.

As i know, if the pipe can support hot water, then is a feature...why the developer not write in their brochure instead
written there mixer...or is understood liow mixer = hot water...

frankly, i dun know...
sometimes sales person might just bluffing around, so would like to learn from those hv actual unit or experience.

logically, if provide mixer = piping ready for hot & cold water, if not provide mixer for what... but then again.. as what Cyberiq mentioned, if piping is ready for solar system that should be a + plus developer can add in the brochure.

with the current development such as Zest@BK, IOI Boulevard, Setia Walk, the Zen Residences, Puchong Financial
Towers, Lake Edge rclxms.gif .... i think the image of puchong as a backwater cowboy town will be changed in
a few years time (modern township) ...and it will be even better with LRT stations.....

I think puchong still needs the followings :-

1) modern/neigbourhood Mall with a central park...(like BU/1 Utama)

2) 5 star hotels

3) club house with swimming pool..., tennis courts, squash

4) good secondary school/private school

5) More access road...(to reduce the jams)

Still got The Peak i think 2 unit that is facing house around RM450k, another 3 units is facing intersection but price is RM429,800. U got Vista also facing intersection price wise is RM398k if not mistaken. Or sub-sale market in Puteri 6 intermediate going for RM430k for basic unit, but very few unit. So far i come accross one unit only 2 months back.

Yes, it is slightly more expensive, but you get better design, layout, material, etc. Go see the showunit first before decide. Pay more, get more rclxms.gif

I think BPP is now over-priced.  You will not see much capital appreciation since the entry cost is so high
*
agreed with u bro...overpriced already..but we must accept..puchong now is satellite town for KL...so for 500k still can accept...
