Tohsan,
What other stuff you get from IOI?? got free s&p, stamp duty?
The house really have bad condition??
Why you decided to buy this? Can share me?  brows.gif

All vista, or summit is facing T. That's why. The price does not move since lauch.

ya they give free MOT, S&P as well as differential in the second 10% deposit pay in 10 installment. They repair those old crack properly this time with wire embeded inside the wall before cover with coat and paint,so there wont be any future hairline crack, i know this becos i m in construction line too. Then those toilet tiles for ground floor and 1st floor will be change to new one also.

Beside this its not facing any T-junction or any lamp post, the hill is on the left hand side if you look out from inside the house, so its pretty good in term of fengshui wise. On top of that the one i choose is the one that sit on higher ground than the road in front.

For all this I pay RM429,800, thats within my budget and I like the house very much, cooling and nice enviroment. smile.gif

i heard it was reserved for mosque. this is quite logical as there is no mosque in BP yet.

But i think the possibility of them building one is quite remote considering the places near to BP already have a handful of mosque.

Yes agree with you on the number of mosque around BP. But so far, mosque looks seems to be a must in any housing project. smile.gif

Ya heard about the requirement too. Cheers. smile.gif

Ya its for my own stay, and not for investment. I think the price is acceptable to me.

Memorandum of Transfer (MOT). MOT is payable upon transfer of title from vendor / developer to purchaser. This one will cost you somewhere around RM7k plus.

In my case, its absorbed by IOI by deducting out from the 2nd 10% of my downpayment. And the second 10% downpayment they further split them into 1% each into 10 month payment/installment. So thats roughly make out to be around RM3k plus to pay in 10 months.

I think I booked my unit around 1 month back.

The plot area at wawasan was allocated for the requirement of mosque for this
area.. already ask IOI to confirm unless they change their plan... nod.gif others area better for
petrol station and post office . thumbup.gif
