start looking outside the box, outside BP
seek houses/life elsewhere
and when you do that, IOI will feel the pinch. The house prices will not be that steep
can you imagine if they keep on increasing the prices of the double storey houses, in 2010-2011, the DST 22X70 intermediate will be RM 700K - 750K.
Start thinking about the young generation
Because of BP prices, BK also go up, Meranti also goes up.
Maybe Vistaria hses not seeling so well, BP new launches ha sto compensate.
