My X6 hasn't faded at all dude, and it's been a month or so since I've had mine. Maybe ur friend's fingers are toxic?

I understand if the user used it more than few years, but not even a year...

Fyi, Logitech and Razer does replacements for faded keys within warranty period, and Microsoft such big company doesn't?...

Yea, the thing its we expect as a "gaming keyboard" shld be more durable than normal keyboard.. yet this happens...
