I'm on 1 mag package btw, and on 60.54 IP which is SUPPOSE to be an ok IP range <____<

Lynixx, I strongly do not think that is a wise idea (to ignore than automatically assume termination) - if you choose to ignore, they will still keep your line alive and you might end up with a HUGE BILL and also a LAWYER letter from screamyx.

For termination, go ahead to one of their centres and ask for one. If you are under contract (eg. 1 year), then you have no choice but to bind to that agreement. If your contract had expired, then you are free to terminate (and you might need to give them back the modem as well).

Play by the rules - never by reckless emotions.

i already out of 1 yr contract already.
but mine is 88 package which is "merdeka" promotion and the modem is free...so i still need to give them back the modem?

erk guys, is it fixed yet? i am still experiencing an awkward speed here in jb, i only got a max speed of 22kb....humm

any updates?This morning 7 am seems ok for some pron streaming.

Dunno about online games.Last nite sux as usual.Praying that today it will work.

some already eksyen their speed goes back to normal. but somehow im sceptical bout it already fixed...
