I'm on 1 mag package btw, and on 60.54 IP which is SUPPOSE to be an ok IP range <____<

Yeah, ask them if there's something we as screamyx user should know about the slowdown that the hotline wont tell us

irc dcc connection is SO sad in my case. usually i could get 190kBps like peanut. But now i'll consider myself lucky if it ever reach 6kBps. I wonder if they also throttle dcc connection <______< (if its possible)

I think TM misspelled their most recent notice. its not "97% of bandwidth recovered", but "97% of bandwidth YET to be recovered".
Anyway, DCC connection to Europe is horrible. I really really feel like crying
