Lates update from TMNUT delay again arghh cbkia

Dear Valued Customers,

Referring to our earlier statement on 31 March 2009 on the disruption of our Internet services due to circuit faults on the Southeast Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 3 (SMW3) cable network between Tuas, Singapore and Penang linking Malaysia to Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) near Chongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States, Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to announce that there is a delay in the restoration of Internet services due to technical problems at the repairing stages.

Due to the delay, full recovery of Internet services is now expected to be on 9 April 2009.

Customers using Internet services may continue to experience slow browsing while accessing websites hosted in the US and Hong Kong. In addition, customers using other IP services such as Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other critical business applications linked to the US and Hong Kong may also experience some service degradation. To alleviate the problem, some of the links have been directed to alternate routes to ease the congestion.

TM wishes to assure its customers that it is undertaking all necessary measures to restore communications services for its customers as soon as possible.

Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Internet related problems.

any updates?This morning 7 am seems ok for some pron streaming.

Dunno about online games.Last nite sux as usual.Praying that today it will work.

yeah ask him why streamyx sucks and tell him to check out lyn forums about why it sux

Nothing from streamyx yet just checked the site.Mine was ok this morning 7 am gaming ping 325ms compared to 600-4000k lag spikes.

and pron streaming fast .But last nite super sucks.So dont know if its
beacuse its early in the morning or its fixed have to go back and check.

IP used 60.48 since last nite.

Usually my IP for gaming is 60.50 others will lagg so pretty surprised that it was fast just now.

Mine still sucks. Gaming ping using 60.50 used to be very very stable.

60.50 now super slow like 115.xxx dam dam dam.

Now have to use 60.48 evening ping still getting 450-800ms

So gotta wake up at 5am to pvp then I will get 320ms.dam then 730am leave for work like this sleepy weh...zzzzzzzzzz die ooooo

Some one test during peak times and update here please.

and WTF streamyx site down or wat cannot even get in damn...

yeah so we can flood them with emails untill they actually do something about it ..

malaysia to malaysia fast lah.U try gaming like me gaming to us servers ping 400ms ~ 1000ms using 60.50,60.53,60.48,60.49

Only 5 am to 9:30 am i get 320~ 400ms gaming using 60.48

really canot tahan wei must get up 5am to game then go work at 730am haha dam sien.

LoL every one will get the same responce.The internet was fine 3 weeks ago.

So something happend and im sure its Streamyx fault.
