I gave up trying to port my old number to HYC. Feels too troublesome. So I bought a new sim pack at the roadshow last night. There were just 2 Hotlink cars parked at the roadside. If I didn't know earlier, I would have no idea that they were promoting HYC. =.= No atmosphere of a roadshow at all. And they didn't give me any freebies until I requested when I went back there the 2nd time. Hahaha~

Anyway, forced to change my number. =P It's activated almost instantly..

i've been register for HYC since 6th of April 2009 at a shop at KAMPAR..
as i'm studying there, that is the only shop i can register..
ok..then i just register there..
then until now..i even haven't migrate into HYC..
between the period, i did phone customer service and ask for the problem..
but they say will do some investigation..
so..until now..haven't migrate..
anyway to migrate into HYC as i saw the website only can buy a new pack..?
and where i can make complain to the shop?

same like me at megamall kuantan.. really small booth only.. one desk, one laptop.. few promoters..

call their customer service n complain..6th of april till today is way to long for a simple registration

been call CS before..im thinking is it the shop didn't help me send the application..
coz i go there ask..they seems like want me to buy a new pack rather than i just register..sigh..
if they do sent the application for me, then at the time i called CS last time, maxis should be straight migrate me into HYC and wont have the situation like now.

if that's d situation then i think it's the shop's fault then..wad did they sy when u told them bout ur prob?? mayb u try go back to that shop n voice out ur prob? scold them..it's their fault..u r the customer..customer is always rite..XD

They did ask me for my student ID. But they even asked this old uncle to buy and he obviously does not have a student ID. Maybe they're very desperate to sell with or without student ID.

Can anyone help me here? When i send a mms, it cost me rm1 per mms ler, though the mms sending fail also...y is that happen, when i using it to online, juz a few second only, it already cost me rm4.

i'm using HYC la... Y is it happen so? calling and sms rate all is just fine...but the mms and data usage rate is not normal at all...how come it cost so much...
