I'm currently a Digi Postpaid user and trying to move to HYC and keep my old number.

I already gave my photostatted IC and Student ID to the person at the college's phone store. She just asked me to write down my 016 number on that paper. What's suppose to happen next? Do I just wait or what? =( It's been 6 days already.

I really hope so too. I don't think they should stop hotlink customers from moving to HYC after 1st May.. ><

I'm using the normal Hotlink plan. If I still want to keep my number, can I move to another telco and do the following steps?

Has anyone managed to port in from other telco to HYC at Sunway college?? >< Where do I get the sim card from? Maxis centre or that dealer?

@giaogiao: I wouldn't mind reloading the RM30 if still can convert. Only thing is that the college is in Seremban. =.=" Can do without visiting the shop? Lol~

I gave up trying to port my old number to HYC. Feels too troublesome. So I bought a new sim pack at the roadshow last night. There were just 2 Hotlink cars parked at the roadside. If I didn't know earlier, I would have no idea that they were promoting HYC. =.= No atmosphere of a roadshow at all. And they didn't give me any freebies until I requested when I went back there the 2nd time. Hahaha~

Anyway, forced to change my number. =P It's activated almost instantly..

QUOTE(pakhusin @ May 17 2009, 11:29 PM)
same like me at megamall kuantan.. really small booth only.. one desk, one laptop.. few promoters..
btw u need to show ur student id or not?

They did ask me for my student ID. But they even asked this old uncle to buy and he obviously does not have a student ID. sweat.gif Maybe they're very desperate to sell with or without student ID. hmm.gif

I got an SMS offering RM2 free credit when I reload RM10. Do everyone get the same offers?

I just got a leaflet about the new DiGi campus~ Really competitive rates with free SMS and free calls. tongue.gif Maybe then HYC won't be so strict about their regulations anymore. IMO, really light users would still be better off with HYC.
