But I am so sad because they told me that we are unable to port to HYC from other telcos even though the information in the website told that we can still migrate to HYC from other telcos.

Huh..So fret. So I have to buy a new pack number and there is only 017 numbers. No 012 numbers. I do not like 017..Huhu..

2nd Record a conversation real time or thru phone with the person that assist you name

3rd go to MCMC to create a report. They sure will help you. Actually no need MCMC the tribute pengguna is enough. I report before on hotlink caller ringtones. Now is not i call maxis but maxis call me to confirm and make sure i close the case.

it's complicated when the rules say cannot keep our existing hotlink number... why cant they just allow it....

i think thats what the idea of MNP....as long as we aren't bonded to any contract, we keep our number...choose any plan that we like....not only telco... luckily got loophole of double porting..
