just change it . actually its ok to pay rm8 for that. because i already pay more than rm16 to called maxis service centre ti change my plan . this i try change via *100# yesterdy, and it change immediately.

I wan to transfer ownership for two numbers so can convert to HYC..
Is it i just photocopy the two IC of both owners then just go to maxis center to transfer..? Do the owners need to be present at transfer..?
Another thing transfer ownership need to change to a new sim card..?

but recently he is not using more than RM10,
so he consider to change to prepaid plan.

i paid RM8 2 days ago...and nothing happened and there's a message sent by 27007 said that "Sorry, there is a connection failure.Please try again later or call 1300820120 for help. and they eat my RM8 for nothing.After that i phoned them and that person ask me to phone back 2 hours later as she said their system not yet received..so after that i phone after 2 hours later and it was another person and i told him that i got problem he said will help me within 1 week..are they reliable on this ??
