today i went to ttdi maxis centre, they also told me i cant keep my existing number... but the call from maxis told me that i can do it. is it must port in from other telco? because u said ur sister port her postpaid to digi prepaid to HYC...
i will try to do it online as the girl called me today, and give me this information.. must do it before they change any of the information... |

ya, i also argued with them, how come the website and also the friendster link on their website show that we can migrate from postpaid to HYC, but the staff in maxis centre told me: cant, im sorry, but they don tell me explain, why the rule stated on website, but not allow us to do so.

finally i've got my HYC package with my current Digi number! i did it at a Hotlink dealer by MNP directly to Hotlink Youth Club package, only 1 processing day, hehe..

u must tell the hotlink dealer u wanna port your number to HYC,
they have a option with "hotlink youth club" in their system, and you will under HYC after u success to port in without any call to maxis/hotlink. i successed to get my HYC with my 016 number, without the procedure of basic plan. this is my experience, hope can help u all.  |
