already called . but they ask me to convert at any hotlink centre. lol .. so i ask him why cannot convert via phone. so he told me because they need my IC,bla bla. waaaaa

what should i do now?
just call hotlink service centre again?

everytime called, ,it deducted rm1.50
i will try this afternoon, see they can help or not.hehe

that mean i can call centre using other phone?

he said this plan will change in 3-7 workings day.

yup .. just call them and tell them u want to convert ur current plan to hyc. but mine already 3 days, but still dont have any update.lol

my 7 days waiting time is finish . but hotlink still not change my plan to HYC.

just change it . actually its ok to pay rm8 for that. because i already pay more than rm16 to called maxis service centre ti change my plan . this i try change via *100# yesterdy, and it change immediately.
