Good work from Hotlink. For months, people are complaining about Hotlink. Now a little peace atm. Haha

Sorry to ask, could I ask my sister to register my number under Youth Club? I understand one person can register 2 number, but the number is under my name, possible to do that?

you can always do your homework first in case hotlink is gonna call you. just prepare the basic info of what you do in college.

they wont blacklist you, for god sake. you're a client! They want your money
*
Who say they won't? Just in a situation where you are a postpaid subscriber and your payment in pending for long. Then your name would be blacklisted laugh.gif

Can anyone confirm on the issue that 1 person can register 2 numbers? My sister's number is registered under my name so if that is possible, the hassle of going to maxis centre to transfer ownership is not required.
*
Owner of the number and the student ID must be the same.

Move to Hotlink Youth Club now!

The Hotlink Youth Club migration period has ended on 1 May 2009, but don’t fret you can still be part of the gang.
Here's how!

Present your valid student ID at
participating dealer outlets or our
roadshows at your campus.
Purchase our Hotlink Youth Club
pack at only RM8.80.

QUOTE(paikut @ May 5 2009, 10:40 PM)
Well i think its still on la,impossible it has stop because they are using the dealernet to register it so it only ask for name,ic,student id and phone no. only.

For ported in i think possible also or either way port in to the normal extra plan than swithc to HYC but converting the process takes time.I tried before it takes around 1 week to process and after succesfull will receive a welcome sms.
*
It is true. My sister wanted to register her current number on the 02/05/2009. They said can't but to purchase a new sim pack. doh.gif

yerp...their policy on HYC so inconsistent...

before this college student only, no age limit...
now limit to 25, anyone can apply....

before this cannot change from hotlink to HYC...
now allowable through calling their customer service...but cannot at maxis centre..

it make customer pening  rclxub.gif

what customer want is a clear policy of their own product....  doh.gif
*
This mean they did not plan properly before launching this project. Which means, this project is a total mess and fail big time.

Sorry if I am a little outdated. Now can do it through menu *100# even already working? No more student but below 25?

I went to the menu, need to pay RM8, I am fine with that. And they are asking me about my status, college/uni or working. What should I answer?
