what are the terms and conditions of the letter to be signed?

What does it say if the conman missed a payment? What if he paid for 2 months and then went MIA?

Who is drafting the agreement? Can the agreement be used legally to charge the conman in court?

Will there be any guarantor for the conman? Meaning if conman run away, the guarantor have to pay.

LOL. As i said before in previous post. Malaysians are forgiving lot. When got cheated, "merely" want a refund, and everything back to normal. That' is why SCAMMERS and CONMANS dare to roam the street again after lying low. They knew the most probably things that could happen if they con big time is:
1) TOTAL SUCCESS - A whole lot of $$$$ cheated
2) BEING CAUGHT , THEN "NEGOTIATE" - Still holding a lot of $$$, knowing victims wanted their $$ back. They won't do anything to jeopardise their chance in refund. The conman can only smile he is still in control of the situation.

If I'm the conman and had it easy in (2), I probably WILL NEVER REPENT.

I agree with alanyuppie here. I have been here long enough to know. This is not the first time conman try this kind of tactic. Refund and all then suddenly dissappear. Thing is usually the refund never even start they already MIA. The victims are only giving him more time to find solutions for him to get away with the con. The longer you wait the LESS chance of you getting a refund. Don't be naive. I know most of you are still kids but it's time to grow-up and face the reality. Do something to stop being conned again. Did you imagine that if the previous few con cases where the victims really did what they are suppose to do (instead of begging for the money back), there wouldn't have been so many con men and you wouldn't have been conned in the first place?

Think man. When a person is hungry and begging for fish, do you give him a fish to last him 1 day or teach him how to fish himself?

This is the kind of thinking that doesn't help in any situation. Why don't you go sit at home during your exam since you are going to fail anyway. Why bother trying? Why bother eating since eventually you are going to die anyway. Might as well kill youself right now. Oh wait...killing youself mean you have to take some action on yourself. You only know how to do NOTHING.

yeah i know we should co-operate...but look at the situation...this is what we call unity? "hey good day ts sry i cant turn up because my mama was stuck in the toilet bowl, this is my acc no.blabla pls help me to claim the money ya thx!" u think im the 1 who's suppose to get the money for u? u think im from loan shark agency or something? easier to say than done...y dun u come KL here to solve the problem (from east malaysia is diff i can understand, but those who's from west malaysia e.g ipoh)? cant u just f***ing drive here? so hard for u to ask a day off from ur god damn boss n step ur pedal to come KL?

i f***ing did my part, n when is gonna be ur turn? shame on ur mom who gave u 2 balls between ur legs. feed them to the dogs suckers. change ur f***ing gender tag to female.

i guess i made it clear enough. Unless u are really far from KL n have a valid reason, i won't help those who's willing to waste him time sticking his ass to the computer chair, running their fingers on the keyboard to talk f***ing much. U want ur money, u come claim urself, or else u r feeding them to that motherf***ing conman. DIG UR BLOODY f***ING EARS CLEAR N STUFF THESE f***ING WORDS INTO UR DAMN f***ING IDIOTIC BRAIN.

No offence to those who are trying to help, like mr codex. im pointing these words to who got conned.

Enough said

This is not harsh at all. It is DEAD ON RIGHT TO THE POINT!

I have seen enough con cases where the conman can get away with the crime because of all the pussies are too afraid he will not return the money. So they play along with him and be nice to him so that he return them their pathetic money. How many actually returned ALL the money? In my 6 years in this forum, NONE.

I know how hard it is to really pickup yourself and do something like what TS did but you must do it. Stop all your stupid civilized talk about being "nice". Take the action and do it already. Lazy bums.

Thing is , cops already took action here. It's all up to those got scammed to let him stay in jail or not. If you didn't read the progress, in this case, well, obviously not all police report made are sucessful indead, but this one. You should not post unnecessary comment that encouraging scammer to scam more here.

To those who got scammed, you should try to pay a visit to him, instead of pushing everything into one people. If you really want to, perhaps the person that helped, should have some compensation or rewards. smile.gif

I think we did try "compensation" method. One of the case not too long ago where the scammer does get caught by police and lockup for 3 days. Some of us (including me who is not victim) donated some cash to the person who did all the work. Thing is, the victims themselves could not be bothered with even donation. Losers. vmad.gif

I'm one of his latest victim, didn't know he's been conning ppl since 2006 or even earlier....Deal with him before on some software, guess thats how i trusted him. Silly me.....lost RM3600....

He was last seen driving a Silver Perdana with no plate PEG 8999 ; which he reported was stolen recently. Seems quite successful, from the past he was riding a Red Kawasaki and now a Perdana.

Last known address, Menjalara Tower, Block C, in Menjalara, Kepong, forgot to ask for his unit number...

It's been a few years and he's still on the prowl, our Police Force MEMANG BOLEH!!
*
Not so hard to find him if he is still living in that apartment. Got his car number and got his photo, can print out can ask around in that area. Maybe ask the guards. Victims should gather there to find him.

Guys, it's your money you can do something about it or you can sit in your ass crying. Which one will help? Up to you. Already told you guys not to wait, but still wanna wait.

I deal with this guy before... bought laptop from him on Dec 08. Lucky COD in TTDI.

But last month on 14 & 15th Apr, he contact me saying that he got lubang for underwater stuff. Iphone at 1.2k, macbook pro at 3k, and many more which is sound too good to be true. Dealing method is , pay him in full 1st and get the stuff within 2 days.

The best thing is he offer me to become his partner by propose to me, if i invest 1k to him he will return 2k back in 5 days, invest 3k, he return 5k, and so on.

Atlast i just ignore him as i can see he is like in desprate for money. After reading here then only i got the answer why he look so desperate that time...

So for people who has succesfuly deal with him before, he might contact you all... probaly.

You joined since feb09 but dealt with him on dec08? Hmm... hmm.gif

I dunno..most of cheongchanwah threads sure got people "dealt" with him before. At TTDI, at kepong and so on. Mostly are people with only a few posts or no posted. Seems like someone has registered a lot of accounts. hmm.gif

This guy throwing some curveball to redirect and mislead people on his whereabouts.

If I am wrong, I apologize but somehow I am strongly detecting the conman is playing around with his victims. Oh what to do? Victims are desperate for their money back. I guess when you are cheapskate, money is very important to you. Hence conman can continue to find victims. rclxms.gif
