I don't see the needs for a new fresh thread just for refund purpose.
This thread itself is sufficient as it is packed with information, creates better awareness and easier reference.

I suggest TS to update the first post with the proper sequence of this case, in a better orgranised way.

I don't understand the reason why nobody reveals his real identity until recently? I thought he did meet up with you guys. You guys just identified him as Alex. Once you know it is Cheong Chan Wah, why did you all still so kind and waiting for him to refund? He won't refund, he still has tonnes of pending cases.
