I memang prefer performance mod, but because I always see the meter, at least I can feel the difference (as compared to cover set) hahahaha.
That's why la, hard decision.

IINM, that Rx1N which is cost at rm350 doesn't have backlight. what shown by extreme was rx1n all function which cost rm850...

I will go for cosmetic if performance mod already finished, hahaha.
Bee Hock is good in performance tuning, accesories ok ok only.
But you may get cheaper price if you say you are introduced by a green LC chinese guy.

Oh well, I already know how to spend my next RM1,000 modification. I'll upgrade to LC150 (57mm block) with full optimization (big valve head, custom camshaft, custom head porting and custom exhaust manifold). Ultimate goal is to overtake 60mm engines (166cc) easily on the straight. brows.gif

My tyre grip is going to finish and the suspension is a bit weird. Until they are setup properly, then only I go for the challenge.

This week I will still continue my training with the weird setup at about 7am - 8am. After that, I can meet you guys up and have another few rounds @ Teluk Bahang, hahaha.

i stay in bayan lepas samba, but i m already at Teluk Bahang on Sunday morning 7am with my training partner. Maybe you guys gather at Tg Tokong 1st? I will meet you guys at Teluk Bahang at 9am.

yea sure.

Carburetor general tuning guideline:
A) change the idle air-fuel mixture setting 1st.
B) If still not satisfied, change the needle position.
C) If none of the needle position is good, change the jettings.


A) idle air-fuel mixture settings.
1) Air screw set at about 2.5 turns for stock airflow. Modified exhaust + air filterless can use 2 turns.
2) Idle rpm increase a little more than normal.

B) Needle setting
There are 3 ticks on the needle jet.
The lowest tick will give us good FC, as it limits more petrol to flow from mainjet @ half throttle
The highest tick will give us bad FC, as it let more petrol flows from mainjet @ half throttle.

However, highest tick does not mean best acceleration. If too much petrol flows into the venturi, the mixture will become too rich. This will decrease the power at high rpm. So, try different needle clip position and feel which one has the best results.


C) Jet size setting
1) change mainjet to #107.5 (stock #105)
2) change pilotjet to #22.5 (stock #20). If there is no performance increase, then stick back to #20.
3) change mainjet to #110 + pilotjet #22.5. <-- this should be a good pair.

anything more than #110 mainjet will make the engine feels heavy, bcoz the mixture becomes too rich.

welcome dude.
that tick, when u take out the carburetor, then you can see on the needle. Its a place to put the needle clip.

dude, It is kind of expensive,but i can't recall how much I bought the valve. Besides this, I was imposed 30% import tax.

I managed to sembang with kastam officer until 15% tax.
However, that will be my 1st and last time to import parts from oversea.

YYPang valve spring sux.
I have used it and the spring damaged in 4 months time.

I believe TK valve spring has higher quality, but RM157 + 30% tax + labour, gotta cost you a bomb.

yea, less air intake when the airflow has increased. If not the air-fuel ratio will be too lean.

yeah, slightly less. Just turn and see what's the best point. At one time, I turn until 1.5 turns only.

idle fuel screw will increase fuel supply for idling up to 1/8 throttle only. The leftover is dependent on the needle jet and mainjet.

No specific setting. Just tune until a level that you feel good when cruising. If add too much, your idling speed will be very high.

The safest way is to put the whole bike into a big metal case.
that metal bag has a super password protection.

anybody who touches before unlocking the password will kena electric shock until he pengsan.

and i guess, this metal case will cost more than the bag...
