charge n go..
where do u buy various size of mainjet n pilot jet..
from yamaha t135.com?
*
I didn't managed to buy #22.5, and import tax is just too freaking $$$. So I changed to a 28mm Keihin Powerjet.

QUOTE(saranjeevi @ Apr 14 2009, 12:51 AM)
btw... hey charge can v use car's ignition coil for our lc135?
*
Theoretically it works. I tried to use a Kancil ignition coil, but it is just too big and heavy. So end up buying the Mitsubishi ignition coil (that gem is for cubprix use only).

ic... but i read sumwher tat a forumer is using a L2 turbo's ignition coil and the result is superb... but for i thnk its too stressful for the engine isnt it?
*
We gotta check out the specification of the coil. It is always good to have strong spark. If too strong, the explosion inside the cylinder will be "too awesome".

Ride it is good. There is review saying, this is a low cam.
So, how do u feel the low-mid rpm torque?
How much you get this camshaft?

So charge, when wan go change the iridium plug?

I also wan change valve spring...any suggestion?
*
Iridium will be a few months later. My #1 priority now is a good racing camshaft. I have ordered Racing Bee valve spring and arrived at New Bee Hock. It will be paired with my custom design camshaft.

QUOTE(rainingzero @ Apr 14 2009, 05:16 PM)
Yup, i guess it is low cam. bought this whole package. Rm400 for all items mentioned on my previous post including labour cost + tune and setting. but excluding that racing carb for sure... smile.gif
*
Can you help me to get ride-it? I want to research on this camshaft.

hey man, r u talkin bout modifying our stock camshaft?
*
It's either stock camshaft, or take some other camshaft to modify.
I have an ideal spec in mind now. Awaiting Bee Hock to get all his machinery ready.

What's the problem with your carb?

QUOTE(saranjeevi @ Apr 15 2009, 12:42 PM)
tats wat the guy recommend to me as well.. but seems to be pricey la bro... hw much he charge u?
*
Did he quote u a price?
I don't how much he will charge me, but I just need his labour. I am feeding him my design for 135cc block, so that he can make business with the design. Most likely it is free or with little cost.

i plan to low my fork...any comment??gud,bad...

i know green lane mcd, but got any road to make a u-turn masuk d mcd???
*
It will increase oversteering. It's better to install stabilizer and stiffen the front fork before lowering.
There is a u-turn to McD Greenlane at the traffic light below the bridge. Just travel further until u see masjid negeri on ur left.

install d stabilizer will make d fork stiffen enuf??
Stabilizer makes the fork more stable. Without it, the front wheel goyang easily when going over bumps and cornering.

charge... m thinkin of using fxr150 ignition coil for my bike... is it ok? or should go for others?
*
Go for pure racing ignition coil. Stock ignition coil is never good enough to produce the power we wanted.

Wahahaha tomolo me n calvin are going to join u guys ^^ ei remember dun lower ur fork n instal stabilizer choose only 1 mod bcuz one of our LC member lower fork and install stabilizer n the result is the stabilizer knock tiok thne run position so he nid to take it off..
*
Because the standard absorber is too freaking soft. Need to increase the stiffness first.

I have lowered my front fork 2cm, done with stabilizer and stage 2 front fork tuning (with good graded 10W-20 fork oil).

My shaky means, the two fork will not go up and down together. Many times, one side of the fork goes down more than another side, causing the front wheel unstable. Straight road is fine, but braking while cornering is tougher without stabilizer.

*
I don't know how good the performance is. I've modified my auto clutch and the performance gain is just a lil. Personally I still prefer to work on the engine as it gives me the best performance gain with reasonable price.

can u explain the difference bet. porting and shaving... then another thing wat is slip?
*
porting = done on the cylinder head. basically shave off blocking path and polish the intake and exhaust port to make air-fuel flows smoother.

shaving = talking about cylinder head shave, it is cut off the bottom of the cylinder head by certain thickness (i cut off 0.6mm) to increase compression ratio.

By the way guys, after running for 300km, my Royal Purple 10W-40 full synthetic run super smooth. Today I am able to do less than 7 minute (6 min 59s) @ Teluk Bahang. Previous run was 7 min 05 sec. Elf 10W-40 gives me some clutch slip although the oil is smooth. I guess that's the main difference.
