Bout 2years ago, Cyberia Condominium type-C cost RM1000+- per unit. Now it cost about RM1200+-, and type-C is the smallest among all, this is for the apartments la, if town/smart house I don't really know la.. I think thats why its more expensive, RM1200 divide by 3rooms, so its bout that price la. Normally when you call agent such as the bi$%h Cindy, they will offer you type-A first, that one cost bout 1600+- I think, not so sure. But also 3rooms, but bigger la.

My advice, either get a bunch of friends and book the town/smart house, or inquire about type-C units. If possible, get a unit in Seri Kembangan, Equine Park, or Serdang, it's a lot cheaper, got lots more food, better and cheaper food (cheaper you need to know where to find la), but then again, you need to travel (waste time and petrol + maintenance money). Add back, more or less the same price but with either good food or a place you can go back to when you have few hours break.

And bear in mind bout the travelling if you like to join activities

pls bring me to meet them, so that I can bring another piece of evidence to the present SRC blog, which has represented the students and helped to bring info by meeting with the Dean of FET and still couldn't get the facts across~ so yes, i'd like to meet the lecturers~ i'll be awaiting your PM on contact details, tq~

Sorry but I have found proof that KPI does exist.

KPI comes in different versions and verities. Almost all the management and lecturers have the KPI system. Lecturers will be evaluated by the "Online Evaluation" system and will be done as well based on the lecturer's research (something like student's assignment) but is monitored by the Dean. The Dean will evaluate the lecturers based on a few things or requirement. Online evaluation is one of them. And now, Online Evaluation's way have been changed it's approach. Results of it shall only be attainable after the final and supplementary exam's results are revealed.

However, supplementary exam's approach has been altered as if student were to fail, they can only take supplementary exam on the following semester. Lecturers who gainned low marks for their online evaluation will be questioned by the Dean. The Dean will be the one to determine which lecturer should be sent for courses and etc. Poor KPI of lecturers will affect their pay rate and jeopardize their position. They will take a very long time to be promoted (unless proven qualified).

Evaluation in terms of exams would be done by Exam Unit and external auditor from other universities to minimise errors and flaws. Other managements (even the cleaners) have this KPI system! The black and white exists but it is confidential (for professionalism). Currently, the university is just educating students to express their rights by Online Evaluation and still do not understand why such thing should be revealed? Are where here to study or what? And although the main goal is to study, other parts (includes this KPI), I do not think is necessary. No offence, but simple thing such as Online Evaluation is not even being practiced. Who cares about KPI? If more and more students knows about this KPI. Then what? Students can talk down the lecturers using this method to blackmail them?

at last, i think u talked to either or both the SRC representatives that went to meet the Dean in Feb~ as I've mentioned, I was involved in the talk~ the KPI is restricted to the online academic evaluation, which seems flawed because of transparency problem, which has been the discussed by the SRC Mlc and SRC Cyber last month (I hope you notice this)~ the problem arises when students complained of lecturers allegedly knowing what they wrote through the academic evaluation, which is not supposed to happen~ 2ndly, as I've mentioned in the past, MMU doesn't have a transparent penalty system for lecturers that are allowed failure rates to reach the 50% mark~

logically speaking, either lecturers teach more efficiently, more effectively, or go for a course on teaching or get relevant with questions or simply improve communication skills~ something is missing and the only KPI is given by students themself and yet, not impact has ever been seen through the years whether the evaluation is highly positive or highly negative~

conclusion... if u really say that the online academic evaluation is a KPI, it's silly, as it is done by students, who has conflict of interest~ 2ndly, no positive effect from online academic evaluation, if there really are any reaction towards the evaluation anyway

gavin, at this moment, i can't help but notice biased posts from you ever since this thread started, how about finding out first, then coming to post? if u really want to help, reveal truths, not reveal flowery words or speculations~ come on, you're in the SRC and u're in the education division~ current and future students count on you~

My personal opinion, block B is a nice building when compared to block A and C, block A is rather dangerous to me, but don't worry, it is still safe, block C is nearest to Campus and the newest block, still, block B is the best in terms of the lift and condition. If you like either 'futsal' or basketball, block B is perfect, many basketball player at court C and many futsal players at court A. I think type-B RM1300 is rather worth it. As the type C which I might be taking next semeseter (june) cost me 1200.

:cheers:Good luck in your search, and try to cut the cost to 1250/1200 if you can.haha sweat.gif

The reply I gave was the reply from the top management and will soon be clarified. I am no longer in src and so, I was not even in education division. Please define "biased" from your point of view? I am concerned about the students. Nothing else matters...

Someone pls help me!
I just received an envelope from MMU today containing a cd and a booklet about MMU.
I was searching for the offer letter but couldn't find any.
Is it because I applied online? By the way, I checked my application status online and it said that I got accepted. What should I do about the offer letter?

Hey, Gavin Clament Fernando

From what i knew, u were sacked from SRC for STEALING LAPTOP >> a laptop from ur own friend claiming that u r financially desperate when u spend all the money changing hand phones and a trip to bali with ur gf !!!!!

I went thru all the posts, what do u mean u did it emotionally ?

Have u ever considered how much trauma ur dear friend went thru ?

Currently i am interested in ur agenda to write all these ? What are u trying to accomplish ? U were fired from SRC, U barely staying due to some ppls' good will for keeping this news out of mmu disciplinary board ... and u r voluntarily answering questions regarding mmu ?

To moderator :

I am not defaming him cos we have prove for all these.

Personally i believe he is not in the position to write anything on the behalf of mmu or mmu students.

Lastly, he is a freaking hypocritical and manipulative guy !!!

As mentioned earlier in the post, people are not interested in discussing personal problem here. And if everyone wants to hear it, its fine for me to say out everything from A to Z. And lastly, you do not need to register a new account just to bombard me. Who is hypocritical? I do not believe much on coincidence but I does not seems to be it...

Hello guys!

Want to ask MMU expert xD... Does PTPTN loan you 100% of tuition fees? when you going to study at MMU. I mean for Diploma and degree courses. I got financial problem to study at MMU university sad.gif that why i want to ask about the loan which can give you how many thousand/percent.

Just want to know and confirm about this first.

PS: I'm going to apply 'Diploma in Information Technology' at MMU if PTPTN can loan me about 99% or 100%.

EDIT: Erm, do you mind to share your story about the loan at MMU too? Don't hesitated to share it at here!

Thanks guys~

Firstly, i didnt register a new account. Anyway for those who are interested to get more info on mmu why not visit www.mmu.edu.my

They practically have everything there regarding mmu. The courses that they provide, lab sessions , fees ... just name it u will get it.

Besides there are ppl who are in charged u can call regarding ur question. Not ask some random guy whos we know have a very bad reputation among mmuians .

for those who are interested in A levels u can visit http://www.mmu.edu.my/admission_mmu/pre_university.php

There is nothing that u cant find from the websites. Even the contact number for the personnel incharged are given !!!

Im just wondering, u guys dont mind getting info from a guy who was about to get kicked out from mmu cos he got caught stealing and spend few days in lockup ?
