Technically yes if your first year grades can make the cut. But it can't be sure that you will gain direct entry into 2 year or not as some of your subjects might not match.

case-by-case basis you may or may not need to take all first year subjects, some or none at all. Depends on how the subjects match and also your overall grade and grade for each individual subject. They might also give you one year worth of credit but instead of giving you exemptions from certain first year subject, they cut off your electives.

The whole burger and fries thing is just a myth. There are loads of Asian food in Caulfield, Clayton or in Melbourne for that matter.

Caulfield itself is surrounded by Thai, Japanese, Indon, Malaysian and Korean food. Oh, and a pizza place.

Clayton I'm not too sure but it's near Boxhill and Clayton on its own being a uni town will have Chinese food.

By caterer do you mean restaurant or the caterer in the cafeteria?

Japanese fast food and take-aways are a big thing in Melbourne. smile.gif

it'll be funny if you can't find Asian food in Melbourne out of all places.

Monash Sunway Campus don't have diploma courses as far as I'm concern.
You mean you intend to finish your diploma and come to Monash to get a degree is it?

Maybe you might want to call Monash in Singapore to ask about it.

I think you will still have to repeat year one or maybe you will be exempted from taking a few year one units.
I have a friend who did engineering in Taylor's but at the end, he came to Monash.
He repeated year one.
I think you should ask the first year coordinator for more information =D
If your score is close to the entry requirement, maybe you can ask Monash if they would accept you.
All the best =D

my friend repeated year one.
you can try and ask, there's no harm in doing so.
Well, if you intend to get good grades in Monash for engineering, you don't really have a life either. LOL
