Why did you do diploma in the first place... doh.gif

if you really don't have the money but still insists on pursing a degree your best bet is to redo a foundation and do all 4 years of degree again..

There will be some applications of physics such as thermodynamics and Gibbs free energy but it's not necessary to take it in STPM.

hw's the quality of pharm lecturers in ucsi&aimst?

I study in UCSI. The lecturers are strict in marking the paper, they are good and always spend time with the students. I heard there are many JPA students join UCSI pharmacy course annually, maybe this is part of the sign being a good quality course among the private universities in Malaysia.

No harm to check out their facilities during their open day. Good Luck!

Some advice needed.

I've got an offer from IMU on the pharm 2+2 , and I've read there's quite a number of bad reviews from IMU.
I am in a dilemma whether I should accept the offer or wait for Taylor's 2+2 next sept intake.
Monash rejected my application with the reason given, placement is full >.<
Any reviews from Taylor's students regarding the 2+2 course?
I'm considering doing local too.. Any suggestion which local uni would be good for pharm? Preferable KL area.
*
Hey, how about checking out UCSI University? They also offering pharmacy course.

If you really want a seat there you'd better apply fast as most of the seats are reserved for their own foundation students and jpa students.

Just go an apply lor. You worry about it also no use. In the mean time try to look for second options or other options other than pharmacy

argg..rubbish marketing strategy..

one must understand in private U. they will alwiz say seats are limited and ask you to pay ASAP..

in terms of UCSI, as long as you achieve the minimum pre-entry level, there's no need to worry about it.. After you sent in your application, they will call you for a simple interview and then if you do well, then you will be accepted.

Actually, the same procedure applies to any other private U.You only need to worry if you do not meet the requirements.

To my understanding, some U especially those who havent get the full accreditation, may limit numbers of students per intake. I have little knowledge on that and probably seem like CUCMS did that, not sure.

If you apply before the exact school opening, why in worry? Don't be distracted by some marketing strategy eg pay ASAP to secure place.

What is more important is to choose the right Uni that suits you provided you have the needed requirements. Consider the study environment, the subjects offered, lecturers, passing rate, accomodation, transports etc..

Accreditation is important too.
