Voice call or video call? How long did you use this number bought long time ago or recently bought? Did you use it near Malaysia border like Thailand or Singapore?
*
It is just voice call. I use it for 8 years liow. Not only that, when I checked the balance again, few time it gave me different figure.
Not only mine, before this my husband also using hotlink prepaid. Encounter same thing. doh.gif

afaik not many phones can handle 3G surfing and calls together. Normally it will prioritize 3G unless you dial out. In ur case ur calls go into misscall. Then again recently maxis have been pretty bad in reception so can't be very sure

Not quite, It happened to me and still for the past few months. I used those cheap RM89 Nokia then jump to iPhone it still happens.

That was considered okay, what happened to me for the last 3 weeks is totally unacceptable. Every time I topuped RM10 a few minutes later I check it went down drastically to RM1, sometimes when I check it went up again to RM2 then went down again to RM1. In total they have swallowed RM30 worth of my prepaid credit. I checked my phone's data transfer, nothing its the same. I already deactivate EDGE/3G in my phone manually when I first got it. I cant even call their Customer Care line, how le? Credit telan how to call. mad.gif

Have you read the things I've said earlier?

I jailbroke it, and DISABLED edge/3g manually via Bossprefs. No credit drain for the first few weeks I bought the phone, it just happened recently. And, the credit went up at random from lets say RM1.50 to 2.50. I have a picture to prove it.

I know its nothing much to prove, the credit went up and down at random. Sometimes just wipe out everything even though I didnt touch the phone. The biggest mystery is that most of the time the credit went back up AFTER a call or sms was made.

Just checked my billing info, confirmed. Nothing for the past 24 hours I made a call more than RM1. Yesterday I topuped RM10, went down to 1.50 moments later.
