Has anybody tried before the Mobile Internet from Hotlink ? How come after I streamed something from dailymirror , for just around 20 seconds, it cut off my internet? I have tested for many times, very sure that after I stream videos sure it will cut off my line. SO strange man!!

anybody got problem with hotlink today?
mine cant accept incoming (calls & sms).
outgoing no problem. i can call & my sms received by others.
only incoming problem.

i have call maxis n told what to do.
1. change to manual operator (my maxis of course)
2. changed to GSM only.

but still problem.

2nd call, they said klcc/some kl area got problem. have to wait 4 hours.

*err.. is this the rite place to ask..?

This not first time reason they give also same. Not only happening in KLCC area

and btw, only prepaid called hotlink prepaid..
there is no hotlink postpaid..
it's maxis postpaid..

postpaid user have been offered so many plans..
so, no need activ10..

Hi, I want to set up my phone so I can use video call. I went to the Maxis website to get settings for my phone and there are "Maxis Mobile Internet" and "Internet". What is the difference? Which one should I use? The charges are different? I'm using HTC Touch HD.

Lets say the condition is like this :

A is using Maxis postpaid, but he is a under a subline from B, so now A no longer want to become the subline of B, what to do eh ?

**Both A & B want to keep their existing number


Question:

1. Is it the terminate process can be do at any maxis center?
2. Is it only the mainline holder can do the process? If yes, the subline need to go together with the mainline holder?
3. What document needed for the process ?
4. I heard someone said that if want to take back existing number, must go to the headquater of Maxis in KL , is it true ?

I'm using hotlink prepaid, just made a call for only 33seconds. It eat my credit RM2.48.

How it charge.

Voice call or video call? How long did you use this number bought long time ago or recently bought? Did you use it near Malaysia border like Thailand or Singapore?

eh guys,for some reason,suddenly now, after i make a call,it sends me a 'balance alert' right after that. Any idea how to disable this function?

Some forumer fed back that it cannot be disabled for the mean time.

But mine still didn't display this.
