hye guys, i need sum1 who had d similar prob here,pls share ya

i recently changed my sim card to a newer 1 to enable 3G network. the symptom was 'inactive SIM' after few hours of usage usually caused by incoming or outgoing calls/sms/internet usage

i've oso changed to a newer W995 phone over my previous W200, to ensure my new phone wasn't d culprit, i've sent it to d service center for repairs...twice! sweat.gif

d sim card changed 3 times including tdy but still same prob persist, tried wif another phone W890i oso have same symptom. then i decided to call their customer service n need to wait for them to fix it out...

kinda annoyed when i need to ON/OFF my phone each time n not to mention calls can't go in doh.gif

just topup my hotlink online using maybank2u this morning..
till now, it haven't credit it to my account as it should be instant credit from maybank2u.
anyone know which number to call n make complain? thanks.

me also got the same problem as u!... 1st i tot my fon problem... after change fon, the same error occur!.. need to restart fon to get the line back!... it happened 2 week ago for 1 week.. every 2 hours got inactive sim error...
now everything back to normal...

print the receipt ang go to maybank near u!.. happened to me once last year... rm10 also..
they refund back the money into my account! icon_rolleyes.gif

same thing happened to me yesterday night. i top up my credit via Maybank2u at 12 sumthing midnight, until today the credit haven't received yet.
Just call Maybank CS and complain, just get the transaction details ready. They will investigate and refund it within 7 days.

i have a question to ask.

i have a prepaid number,
and i set my SE K800i to receive email from my domain,
before this i am using U mobile,
so when i change back my hotlink sim card into the phone,
i do not change any internet setting,
and even my phone also doesnt have maxis internet profile.

but from yesterday to now,
i am still able to get my mail on k800i(of cause subject only as what i set to),
i would like to know,
is it the telco wont charge us for receive the email of with subject only?

i check my balance,
it didnt change..

seem to having network problems lately..lines getting cut off during talks on the phone..can't even make calls and had to open phone battery and reinsert sim card. anyone experiencing the same problem? or is the problem my phone?

my friends put their anger on meee zzz
since i'm make my phone always in silent mode so i missed most all of the calls. lol

Just call up Maxis and they will turn off your voicemail in 1-2 hours

Btw... does anyone know how much they charge if u use the Maxis 3G for browsing internet on the phone? im using Value Plus 50. Does it mean my call charges + browsing internet is included together or separate?

last week maxis line down twice for about 15minutes @ gurney plaza.. dono if outside oso same!... 1st i tot my fon problem but my fren oso no line... both GSM n UMTS line!..

also got a few drop calls.. very frustrated!..

1 more major proble,. even with full bar signal, suddenly got sms inform me that xxxx misscall me @ xxx time... WTF!!!

Hey guys, I would like to know what are the procedures to change my prepaid hotlink to supplementary line under my gf's sister parental line.

As the parental line is ValuePlus80, so I'm signing up for the ValuePlusFamily.

Because she (gf's sister with parental line) is quite busy recently, is it possible to sup my line under her without her attendance?

If possible let me know the full procedure smile.gif thank you
