is there any latest updates on him ?? the way hes disappeared, without any news on his rehabilitation is incredible !! As if we've sold him off !! and i miss him immensely, and hes what differentiates a good season and a great season !
His contributions last season were remarkable to say the least, and we honest to god cudve used the bugger to cover the crap of a capt of liverpool.

If there’s any justice, Nemanja Vidic will win the Footballer of the Year award.

He has truly been a rock at the heart of United’s record-breaking defence. He’s played more games than anyone else this season and has also chipped in with seven goals – including crucial strikes against Sunderland and Inter.

It's a terrible shame for him that the one game in which he makes a couple of mistakes is against our bitterest rivals. It won’t overshadow his contribution to our season though.

I know that United fans left Old Trafford feeling pretty sick on Saturday and sometimes supporters wonder if the players feel as bad as they do. Well, I saw Nemanja in the tunnel after the game – head down, face like thunder, not making eye contact with anyone. He was hurting badly. I interviewed Rio Ferdinand – he was a picture of dejection. Most players couldn’t leave quickly enough - make no mistake, they care as much as you do.

In the time it took me to get down from the television gantry and up the tunnel after the final whistle, eight people had come up to me and said “Good luck, I wouldn’t want to be in your shoes!”

Why did they wish me luck? Because I had to interview the boss in the wake of a humbling defeat. People expect him to be spitting fire but – as ever after a shock result – he was measured, thoughtful and calm. Immediately he was focused on how United will respond to this setback.

Honestly, I am disappointed with the team performance against our fierce rival.  This is the worst United result I ever seen.  I would rather see Derby defeat United > Liverpool defeat United.  Damn!  SAF put the wrong player in the line-up against Liverpool.  Anderson and Carrick partnership failed miserably on that day.  Why not Scholes and Carrick?  As for Tevez and Rooney, speechless on that day.  Why not Rooney and Berbatov?  Vidic, even more speechless on that day.  Is the worst nightmare I ever had in my entire life.  In my mind now is revenge revenge revenge!!!

Anderson and Carrick were in the lineup to contain the midfield threat of Gerrard and Co in hopes of cutting the supply line to Torres. Unfortunately both of them didn't live up to expectations, that's why keane is so sorely missed, he would have kept Gerrard in check. We really need a really good defensive midfielder to keep people like Gerrard, Kaka, etc in place or they will run havoc.

Scholes wouldn't have been able to do a thing to stop Gerrard.

We essentially still have 2 problems, a striker who can score goals regularly (RVN) and a really good leader / Defensive midfielder like Roy Keane. Something like Makelele/Gattuso/etc.

Tevez, Rooney and Berbatov have not come up with the goods on a regular basis.

i have been reading many liverpool forums oversea and this forum  lately and i conclude hereof that just this 1 win at old trafford , liverpool fans tend to think and believe like they have won the biggest prize in football already

this victory over united must have cause the biggest reaction from liverpool fans all over the world in history

oh goodness , i feel great because they really acted and treated that beating man utd alone in 1 game is like capturing a major trophy . i guess thay must have been very very envious and jealous of our recent successes and more so as this season ,we are going for 4 or 5 trophies

for football sake , its good to know the rivalry between england 2 most successful and famous club remain bitter and intense

for man utd fans , please take note we remain firm favourites to retain the BPL title and one lost battle doesn't mean we lose the war. although we lost last saturday , the way the lads play , i still feel the team haven't lost the enthusiasm and spirit to get back to the game and only when vidic is dismissed and after the 3rd goal conceded we lost the will to get back to the game which isn't a bad thing cause the players realize we could still afford to lose that match.

i trust no doubt this utd squad with enough experience will rally back very soon
