The pain i carry from last night is undeniable and unrelenting.

It wasnt as bad as when I woke up this morning because I love to read The Star on sundays to see the table, to read on how we won, and it'd make for a fantastic week smile.gif

I see all of us carry a grudge on Rooney for making the comments that he did. Every since 2003, Ive always realised, when our players keep their mouth shut before a big match, we will definitely go on to win. So whne Rooney was mouthing off, i had a really bad feeling about the game.
But can ya blame him? The reporter asked him questions, so i guess he just wanted to tell how he truly felt.

Having said that, i take this loss with pride, and honestly, i embrace it!

Why? When was the last time we lost ?? Gosh, that was in November 2008 wasnt it? That was ages ago, and maybe this is exactly what we need.

We take a loss at the hands of our fiercest rival and a BEATING at that. Now we're 4 points ahead and a game in hand. Do you think our team is going to lie down and wither ?? Time and time again, we've showed that we're not invincible, but if we fall, we rise again ... we rise again, we move forward like an unstoppable force.

Last night, before the game, i didnt say a word to the Pool fans, they sed they wud beat us and thrash us. I jus smiled and sed we'll do the talking on the field. The result ... we were annihilated...

After the game, as they were gloating and snickering away, i told them, if United dont win the Title this season, I will burn my jersey. They sed if United do win it, theyll burn theirs.
Some of you might think im reckless, some of you might think that its a sign of disloyalty, but I can tell you this, Everytime I made a bet with my jersey as the stake, ive never lost. As some of you know, im a Punter, and i can tell you, United will not lose this title!

We will respond, We will Rise again.

Accept the fact that you lost at Old Trafford "Theater of ZZZZZZZZ"
*
This was exactly the thing that I was talking about before the game. That we (Utd AND Liv fans) should respect the result whichever way it goes and put a hold on posting on each others thread.

I see a decent amount of congratulatory messages on the Liv thread from Utd supporters, and i expect some amount of respect from the pool fans as well.

If you have nothing good to say, then dont come in here and mouth off. Yes you have the bragging rights, and i completely accept that but that doesnt mean you come in here and antagonize us or make crude remarks about our club.

Im not gona bother reporting you for your behaviour that may lead to alota trouble, but i expect you have the decency to at least stop posting such stupid remarks here or edit your post.

Tell the Pooltards to enjoy the moment, cos thats the last sniff of the Trophy theyre gona get.

Destiny arranged for us to lose the battle, so that we win the war.

Previously I thought Quintuple was absolutely rubbish, now, after this incredible defeat, I KNOW and BELIEVE Manchester United will rise again and we're gona bring every single trophy home!!!

a records of sorts was broken yesterday, juz look at my sig

the last time we beat you guys by a bigger margin at OT was 1936 where we won Five 2

we may not win the BPL this year but we really shook the records of your team  this year
*
I think you should get your FACTS right before posting and sigging crap...

1) The goalkeeping record wasnt beaten by you lot ... Blackburn and Newcastle both scored against us before you lot did.

2) 4-1 is a big result, but 1936 wasnt the last time it happened ... it happened in 1992 against QPR ...

and then you have the audacity to put such rubbish on your siggy right ?? Shows ... Pool fans have little to shout about in their saddistic lives.

Hence id render your "We also broken their goalkeeping record" statement as redundant, untrue and deviating.

The only thing broken is your english... obviously, that wont weigh heavy on you much wud it you *Insert Foul Word of your Choice Here* ...

Feels good educating you. If you want more lessons, ask ure mommy for some aight?

To be honest and fair, your command of English isn't much better either  tongue.gif

Anyway, I've already asked the guys in the Liverpool thread to stop the bickering and invasion of threads. Peace! smile.gif

Thanks Shakespeare for your evaluation on my command of english, its good to know someone has been monitoring my posts to analyze if my vocabulary is in place.

and Im sure youre the Godfather of the Pool thread, where your word is final and we dont have to expect anymore nonsensical, degrading and condescending posts from one of your kind.

Fine. Thats fair by me. I always thought ive had an impeccable record of not losing my top whenever we lose. Truth be told, id consider myself still pretty calm given what ive had to take in the past 2 days!

Its just that that pool fans siggy was spouting rubbish when its not even true !! Its bloody fallacy and the worst part is he expresses it in half past six english which then another pool fan comes up to say that my level of english is comparable of that earlier fellar ! (its so hard not to do the name-calling bit!)

But you know what, ignorance is bliss biggrin.gif Ill remember all these fellas... just as Keano remembered haaland, was it?

You know how to Give it ... gotta know how to Take it

After Taking alot of it .. you Give it back TWICE as much !!!

Revenge will be sweet smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif

I'm more of a go out, buy stuff and cook myself at home person anyways. Rarely take fast food.

So now you know what spooning is....do you wanna??
aboogee, the Godfather of the Pool thread is clearly that 818 fella. That is if the Godfather is a retarded 10 year old thinking he's funny and if the Godfather like to end every post with nineteen different smilies, then he's the Godfather of that thread. If we're looking for a Marlon Brando like figure for the thread I would probably say Duke or Jonno when he was here. madmoz is probably Tom Hagen while Fyrekat is without a question, Appolonia.
*
Duke is brilliant ... and thats a guy that earns his respect unlike the rest of em ... 818 ... i have no comments on the guy ... hes peripheral as far as im concerned ...

Now ... Fyrekat ... i always thought of him as Hugh Heffner .. yeap ... that wud be about right wouldnt it ? We need our own HH too ... not that ive ever grown tired of Fyrekat, but the more of them, the better ... especially when some of us go on and on and on about schlongs ... which we havent talked abt in quite abit havent we ?

You know ... after pondering about it for the past 2 days .. What on earth happened to Hargreaves ??

is there any latest updates on him ?? the way hes disappeared, without any news on his rehabilitation is incredible !! As if we've sold him off !! and i miss him immensely, and hes what differentiates a good season and a great season !
His contributions last season were remarkable to say the least, and we honest to god cudve used the bugger to cover the crap of a capt of liverpool.

if united were to buy anyone in the summer, we desperately need a holding midfielder. But thats really just going to pack our squad isnt it ?

Blog: Players share your pain

MUTV commentator Stewart Gardner reflects on a bad day on the gantry...

If there’s any justice, Nemanja Vidic will win the Footballer of the Year award.

He has truly been a rock at the heart of United’s record-breaking defence. He’s played more games than anyone else this season and has also chipped in with seven goals – including crucial strikes against Sunderland and Inter.

It's a terrible shame for him that the one game in which he makes a couple of mistakes is against our bitterest rivals. It won’t overshadow his contribution to our season though.

I know that United fans left Old Trafford feeling pretty sick on Saturday and sometimes supporters wonder if the players feel as bad as they do. Well, I saw Nemanja in the tunnel after the game – head down, face like thunder, not making eye contact with anyone. He was hurting badly. I interviewed Rio Ferdinand – he was a picture of dejection. Most players couldn’t leave quickly enough - make no mistake, they care as much as you do.

In the time it took me to get down from the television gantry and up the tunnel after the final whistle, eight people had come up to me and said “Good luck, I wouldn’t want to be in your shoes!”

Why did they wish me luck? Because I had to interview the boss in the wake of a humbling defeat. People expect him to be spitting fire but – as ever after a shock result – he was measured, thoughtful and calm. Immediately he was focused on how United will respond to this setback.

If there's a set of shoes I wouldn’t want to be in, they belong to the Fulham players next Saturday. What a backlash they could face. It’s just a shame the game isn’t on Tuesday or Wednesday because a week is an awful long time to wait to get that defeat out of the system.

If you’re unfortunate enough to work with a Liverpool fan, then you’re going to have to face the music today! I know my son is dreading the stick he’s going to get at school.

Just keep at the forefront of your mind the position in the Premier League: a four-point lead with a game in hand. That position didn’t seem possible when we returned from Japan seven points behind Liverpool.

When United lift an 18th championship trophy in May, Saturday’s defeat will just be a footnote. And who knows, when the Champions League draw is made this Friday, we might get an early chance for revenge...

Aiyeah ... Let the gloat lah ... Like ppl said, theyve been celebrating like theyve won the World Cup.

Let em be ... they mightve deserved the bragging rights, but that bragging right is for a Head To Head ... we'll see who's crying at the end of the season. Just remember the faces and the places of those Pool supporters ... and when the time comes, make sure you rub it in their faces till they NEVER NEVER forget who the REAL champions are!

1-2 weeks ago, they were talking abt how their title ends are finished and burnt and gone ... and after Saturday, its about how we're going to fumble and theyre gona take the crown ??? PULEEEEEEZ ...

Trust me, theyll keep their traps shut after the Fulham game. Watch This Space.

Honestly, wish barca and BM were kept apart. Theyre really on form, and it wud be a waste to see them knock out each other!

But cant care less abt them. Porto is back in biggrin.gif Wud love to see us taking it this time. Ill NEVER forget the Tim Howards clanger in the 90th minute! Although if the stupid linesman hadnt have called off that PERFECTLY legitimate Scholesy goal, we wudve gone thru and that wudve been the end of JMs arrogance there and then!

So its good to have them back! smile.gif

Honestly speaking, id dare bet that United VS Liverpool cud be up in the cards come May. Wud be sweet revenge wudnt it ? smile.gif

Hahaha. You know ah, i realize, every season in LYN Forums, the MU Thread is always active! But only one of the other rival thread wud be as active! Last season i remember our thread wud be one of the 2, and the other was chelsea.

This season its Liverpool.

Fact of the matter is, we're always here, be it up or down. Most of the time its on the up of course. Reflects the consistency of the best team in the world! biggrin.gif

I think the MOST u can ask for is a draw. Fulham is going to defend all the way, and we'll be lucky if we dont concede more than 1!

I find it amusing as much as it is painful.

I still love the team, and nothing will change that. But no more reading liverpool forums or any other forums for me right now. Ive got ACCA to focus on !! So this has to come secondary ... shall be looking at United from the corner of my eye .....

Am i confident to retain the title ? Hell yeah ... is it going to be harder than we predicted ... HELL YEAH !!! smile.gif

Glory glory man united guys. Keep ure chins up, and let the rivals smile on smile.gif
