Please advise, is that normal that the battery drain off very fast on omnia? Within 1 hour it drop 10% on standby mode .... this happen after installed few application.

it is normal if you open a lot apps. try close all apps during standby, mine drop 10% in 6~8 hours.

dont forget to turn off bluetooth & wifi too if u not using it

always check running apps by visit task manager..

this will help reduce battery from draining fast..

hello otai2 here.. i just flash a new rom from Sinan i900 DXID1 UltraClean WM6.1, Storage: 180~ mb Ram:69~ mb..but i have some problem..

1. i cannot open my camera function when i press camera button on my omnia...i t say's error opening or locating the target filename

2. i cannot open my video file using my file explorer...it say's the file cannot be open. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found..but the file can be open through video player such as pocket player...

please help me..

but still cannot open video using file explorer..what .cab file do i need to install?

What is the extension of your video files?
Try setting your video player to be default of that extension.

just normal 3gp file...i just use touch player...still find which .cab file do i need to install...this custom rom is very clean..so many of application has been removed..dunno which one..

yes, u can use Windows Mobile Device Center.. same like vista.. i've flashed once.. but on my Touch Pro.. i dun hv omnia

finally until today only got time to replace my touch panel from samsung customer service center near the federal high way

so far the new screen review

very sensitive compare to last time, able to move around with a light touching

i have talk to my cooker rom...memang dia punya mistake la...sorry for susahkan u guy's...

At lease we learn something...we learned not to use that ROM.

Watching these two threads with interest. Hopefully they can port the Omnia II interface and apps into Omnia 1.

Is Omnia's replacement LCD expensive? My friend dropped his phone and it broke the LCD..

I have encounter a prob where i send sms to my fren and they always receive 2 sms. When i switch phone, it does not have prob.... I had called Maxis and they said my phone has virus and ask me to re-format my phone..... other than this option is there anyway i can tackle it like installing an antivirus for WM6.1 or how?? Anyone encounter this issue b4 this?
