the statement clearly shows he did received money from 2 ppl deposited thru atm,he should check,why must i be the victim here,he should told me that he wont refund till i show the receipt thru phone conversation,but he ask me to send my maybank a/c without letting me know he need the receipt(my son went bank in ,and now in pj,how can send him the receipt? )
u dun simply say u`ll refund and then later ask me again for the receipt.this not the way a Good business man do,for rm50 in my situation SAME to HIM,do u think i need to acused him,simple case but who make it worst now,the Damage done,jus because idiot dun respect me in the 1st place,,if u try to twist and turns ,i definately wont allow .

Lolz...You mentioned u go bank in and now become your son to bank in...so confuse..but nvm who bank in aslo not the important issue.
Why you dont simply say is your son bank in and no receipt at early..
then i just simply call bank for comfirmation and double comfirm lo.

TS, I'm not sure what the heck you want currently, If i were you...I will definitely show the receipt to get my refund. Everything will settle peacefully. The seller already show his account transaction history and there is some ppl deposited RM50 to him, thats why he need your receipt to verify that you are 1 of the sender. Just a receipt, but you are creating a scene here, making things big. And pls read your post back, a bit confusing now suddenly your son came in this situation.

TS, just show the seller the GOD DAMNED receipt You should understand as seller got various transaction for RM50 everyday, I fully understand that as I'm actively trading here too. If same amount transferred same day, it is usual to request a receipt, that's why I also request for screen shot or pic for ATM deposit. Just to make sure the $$ come from which buyer. Plus this method is to prevent another type of CON case here like A(Genuine Buyer) want to trade with B(CONMAN) but B ask A to bank in to C(Genuine Seller) which then B get the item and run away while A accusing C as CONMAN

Seriously, you won't understand until you put urself in seller shoes like us. Hope this case will be solved peacefully without ill manner guys

all my trouble starts with u said u hv the stock.then u dun bother my sms & calls,now u try to twist and turn.
i take trouble to bank in ,my customer actully waited for the delivery that afternoon on 8-3-09 near cheras.later i found out being con ,then i also being acused i con him,and the receipt also coz friend to take trouble to send(needed original one to make police report)so all this arises because i bank in rm50 and u wan the receipt.receipt u saw is 100% genuine ,u can open threads again to acused me if its Fake case .
no delay NOW.refund my hard earned money.
dont hv to change subject ,REFUND Immediately.the very begining i already take precautions(this is not first time i get con ,but he this con man still dare to said i wanna change the subject,wat i going tru these hope to help some other ppl NOT easily to be con only.unless like some say i try to mk things BIG.(he can solve this matter easily by admitted his wrong doing and keep his refund promises jus a clik only.

fasdeal0007, from yesterday till now , if you print out the receipt early then the problem will be settled early.
why you want to make the thing become complicated , if you say dont have the receipt with you yesterday then we can wait till morning let me go to bank check the payment then will be fine.
Why you still want mentioned want to pay RM 70 or Ask APis_Lua_lua to pay you RM 50.
SO innocent ....

Some buyers tend to get hot-headed, and i was involved in a previous discussion as well where the guy just lacked the necessary comprehension/understanding of how trading works and instead chose to argue with curses, insults, half-baked sentences (lack of english proficiency?)

The market constantly demands buyer protection and things like customers are right, but conveniently ignore seller protection and rights. I am a buyer and seller at the same time and i agree that both are important, but they should be EQUALLY important.

Again salute to you and since the refund has been made, everything should settle down nicely. Just be content that you gave him a chance (in fact many chances) and buyers who fail to take the chance shouldnt be on your list of worries. Hope TS doesnt bother you anymore.

Haha, what damage? Well its a spoilt way of thinking, seen alot of those and even more just recently. Not to undermine the Msian Police, but rm50 isn't worth their time when they are (should be?) more focused on busting crime syndicates. Just show them proof of refund and no worries there.
