eventhough money already refunded, the question now is still on how seller handle this problem. He make too many mistakes and doesn't seems to be a reliable seller.

i think not many peoples who responded here never sided to TS from the beginning..
he had no idea how funny this thread is..
yes, im never being conned b4 and never conned others..
but being a third party who review this thread i say quite surprise regarding an "overwhelmed" response from TS
over such small matter..

for me, I understand the frustration of TS. He got conned b4 and the matter is worst when seller is providing all sort of bad service. This only cause more anger from TS. When someone is angry, they will make bad decisions. This is what happened here. Can't really blame TS cause seller also provide bad service. Taken people's money, delaying and then no stock.

I do agree with your point, but asking receipt from buyer for prove is what we always do, if everyone refuse to provide us receipt or transaction number, we have hard time to get thing right.

Oh .. at the first point , Im already mentioned to him , im only will try my best to get the stock for him.
Im told him that the stock mayb can get in 2-3days. Never promise sure can get.
So after cant get the stock will provide refund. 1 more thing , he never sms before that he already banked in RM 50 till yesterday he only tell me he already banked in.

now the problem already solved.
Im just need the receipt to proof it before he make the thing become complicated .

stock is 1 thing, seller just ask for a recipt so that he can return the money on the spot
i do believe seller have the money (it's just RM50 man.. come on..) the only things is seller want to see a prove he bank-in
without a prove anyone also can say he bank-in rite? who knows the real person that bank-in didnt online for a few days
suddenly online this fastsomething took away the money, who knows?

normally seller take deposit from buyer as safety precaution..
if buyer change mind,then the money is gone..
but what if the seller ffk for whatever reason?
what is there to protect the buyer in this situation?

there isnt much to protect the buyer apart from the usual disputes and police reports, but different cases vary.

Of course the buyer has a right to request (or rather demand) a refund with a valid reason from the seller who ffk-ed, WITH the necessary proof that the deposit was paid by the buyer him/herself (as depicted from the situation in this thread).

If the seller does not refund, it would most likely be escalated to a dispute case, and depending on how things flow and unfold it may or may not affect the integrity of the seller.

either way the seller ffk-ing without reason after receiving deposit isnt something to be done, let alone not paying back.

people may argue regarding the fact that time and effort was wasted, and etc, but IMO a fact remains that an online trade is obviously riskier compared to COD or an over-the-counter purchase.

I am talking about buyers frustrations and how circumstances causes him to make bad decisions. I did not say he is right and seller is wrong. Circumstances also causes seller to make harsh decisions. Right or wrong it's not up to you, the petty bystanders to say. Please keep your childish decisions to yourselves. Especially those people who does selling here a lot, sure take side with the seller. Just because they are seller here also. Pathetic!

Why do you morons so like to choose sides like you are given a choice or something? People are angry sure they make bad decision like refuse to do something which seems totally simple to others who only know how to criticize people sitting in their own ass outside of the case.
