hi,all i thought i learn the lesson ,but get con again by this mr tan teck hing, i survey the lowyat to purchase white color se 595,he told me to bankin the rm50 to his mb ac b 4 cod to avoid FFK,BUT after bankin at 9-03 pm at kajng maybank ,he didnt reply my question when can i meet him in kerinchi LRT,the next day he send me a sms regarding he has to look for the hp with other supplier.,at 13-18 8-3-09,then i sms him when he can cod but no reply,today i received his stupid sms saying he returned the white color hp even the rubyblack out of stock(i really dun understand a experience trader like him make 3 times mistake in my order.simple no stock dun asked me to bank in first,i told him i already bank in He should reply me whether he had received the fund ,now when i asked him to refund he started to ask for the receipt,any way i`m going to lodge again police report against this con case.
just to let ppl here know ,no matter how careful we cant avoid con cases here.

1st thing always comes first .how many ppl will like this type stupic things happened to him?if u not very sure stock white w595,pls dont asked me to bankin the money.
2nd thing how many transactions u hv ?4 only ,not 4000 right?i dont think any 1 would simply call u to meet at kerinchi and never make the payment. right?
u sms me that day saying look for the white phone from other supplier (thats also after i sms u few times then u reply.right?)
i need the white color thats why i bank in the money,if i wanna play u(by not paying then asked u to meet at kerinchi,do u think this is logical man`s action,i keep on asking u ,it shows that i`m eager to get this phone,why not u stand my position to think it over ,remember i`m the one chasing u ,right?
3rd, i dont hv to cheat u (but u can ,u already con me three times here)u r the 1 asked me to c u at kerinchi lrt,but never reply me after i sms u about the payment.right?how can i take all the troubles (al troubles arises because u dont hv the stock but insist me to bank in ,right?)
now u turn around saying i trying to cheat u rm50?right???
i had report to police,let them investigate.and if i really that foolish as u ,u think i will report this case to police,but u insisted me to go police station then by allmeans.wat should i do??right?

i can prove u i got con because he said: you should sms me with that you already bank in
after i bank in at 9-03 pm 7-3-09 ,i already sms him almost on the spot ,but he never responded,then if i dont bank in ,why he reply me that he is looking for the white w 595 thru other supplier the next day ,dont u think ts is good in twist and turns?

the statement clearly shows he did received money from 2 ppl deposited thru atm,he should check,why must i be the victim here,he should told me that he wont refund till i show the receipt thru phone conversation,but he ask me to send my maybank a/c without letting me know he need the receipt(my son went bank in ,and now in pj,how can send him the receipt? )
u dun simply say u`ll refund and then later ask me again for the receipt.this not the way a Good business man do,for rm50 in my situation SAME to HIM,do u think i need to acused him,simple case but who make it worst now,the Damage done,jus because idiot dun respect me in the 1st place,,if u try to twist and turns ,i definately wont allow .

all my trouble starts with u said u hv the stock.then u dun bother my sms & calls,now u try to twist and turn.
i take trouble to bank in ,my customer actully waited for the delivery that afternoon on 8-3-09 near cheras.later i found out being con ,then i also being acused i con him,and the receipt also coz friend to take trouble to send(needed original one to make police report)so all this arises because i bank in rm50 and u wan the receipt.receipt u saw is 100% genuine ,u can open threads again to acused me if its Fake case .
no delay NOW.refund my hard earned money.
dont hv to change subject ,REFUND Immediately.the very begining i already take precautions(this is not first time i get con ,but he this con man still dare to said i wanna change the subject,wat i going tru these hope to help some other ppl NOT easily to be con only.unless like some say i try to mk things BIG.(he can solve this matter easily by admitted his wrong doing and keep his refund promises jus a clik only.
since 7-3-09 9.03pm starts till now ,in the reality manner he mk used of my rm50 for keeping me busy to recover it,how a Good and honest guy this con business man is ,use ur brain to think and ofcourse NOT UR BACKSIDE.

at last u satisfy the hard way to refund me !? think again why these case arises! u wanna blame me for bring tis up ?u just read back my sms post here, amble time & chances offer u much early to solve this rm50(Free advertismnt for u,if u think its only my problem ,think again when i peacefully show u my sincerity to ask u to refund) like u told me is just a clik away to mk refund ,but some stupid ppl here jus refused to take it easy way.i`m not new here ,u try to be funny with me Sure u hv this xposed to public,and it proves buyer NOT always hv to play the passive party here (u wan me to follow and obey ur rules in ur Game ,then u hv to pay the price ,at the end of the days i got nothing to loose may be u think the same way .
