Oh bro , Usually if the customer comfirmed the phone , then will request the customer that to bank in RM50 , then we get the stock for customer , if can then we will do COD , if cant find the stock will do the refund.
Because sometime we really cant find any stock in market even go 4 supplier

Seller has promised to take appropriate actions to refund you. Please be patient. Its not a 7/11 shop where you get to barge in and claim refund on an expired food. You need proof to verify your words. You're lucky as Seller is willing to do a check up with the bank. I know some wouldn't even take the liberty to find out.

WaCKy-Angel, has given a good idea. Why not wait till he gets his stock? Unless You're really in a hurry to get the phone, I take back my words.

Ya..U warning 3 time to us for refund the deposit for u , and we also reply u fews time mayb over 5 times request a reciept to double comfirm the transcation .
But u din show us the receipt and tell us " u are the political member and say wan to post to newspaper and treat us that must bank in before 6pm.
i already told u , if you able provide receipt i do the refund now !
I didnt feel any hard now just feel want to settle this thing now.

TS, twinkles is a businessman and they need to see proof of purchase/bank-in documents to confirm the transaction. he might have multiple ppl that deposit it to him and just imagine if he mistook other individual payment as your's and he'll have another round again of this misunderstanding.

so to save all the trouble, just post the bank-in slip either with the hardcopy scan or maybank2u statement. otherwise let twinkles check with the bank and validate.

it's 50 bucks. if a person wanted to con you and i can assure you 50 bucks ain't the value.

bottomline, provide the receipt or wait for twinkles to validate with the bank and he'll reimburse you.
