So i cant login and cant see any message from my Lowyat.Net Forumer.
Have 1 Lowyat Forumer , fasdeal007 , http://forum.lowyat.net/user/fasdeal007



Had say he already bank in RM 50 to my MBB Account. and request to buy the W595 AP white/Red.

But i dont have any W595 AP white/Red to sell him because i only have Black in stock.

SO fasdeal007 request for refund. Thats is normal and reasonable.
Yeap , im aslo agreed to refund to him but i request for the bank in receipt.

Maybank2u's transcation history doesn't show when the customer banked in  . only show how customer banked in and amount.

So i called him , fasdeal007 , request the bank in receipt for dont wan make any transcation mistake and double comfirm the transaction.

In the Phone Calling , fasdeal007 just ignore me and anwser me with other topic say " he is Political Member and want to Make report to polis "

Im understand what he want...but i just request for the bank in receipt , it is reasonable for my request ?

But he keep ignore this matter and just say " want to make report and  Threat me that he want me to refund before 6PM. "

For my situation , Im no need to Scam or Cheat the RM 50 , Im already agreed with him that i will refund , but now i need the bank in receipt to double comfirm the transcation.

It is reasonable for me to request the bank in receipt ?

Now he keep ignore my call and never anwser my phone.
It is this situation very weird ?

1st thing always comes first .how many ppl will like this type stupic things happened to him?if u not very sure  stock white w595,pls dont asked me to bankin the money.
2nd thing how many transactions u hv ?4 only ,not 4000 right?i dont think any 1 would simply call u to meet at kerinchi and never  make the payment. right?
u sms me that day saying  look for the white phone from other supplier (thats also after i sms u few times then u reply.right?)
i need the white color thats why i bank in the money,if i wanna play u(by not paying then asked u to meet at kerinchi,do u think this is logical man`s action,i keep on asking u ,it shows that i`m eager to get this phone,why not u stand my position to think it over ,remember i`m the one chasing u ,right?
3rd, i dont hv to cheat u (but u can ,u already con me three times here)u r the 1 asked me to c u at kerinchi lrt,but never reply me after i sms u about the payment.right?how can i take all the troubles (al troubles arises because u dont hv the stock but insist me to bank in ,right?)
now u turn around saying i trying to cheat u  rm50?right???
i had report to police,let them investigate.and if i really that foolish as u ,u think i will report this case to police,but u insisted me to go police station then by allmeans.wat should i do??right?

i can prove u i got con because he said: you should sms me with that you already bank in
after i bank in at 9-03 pm 7-3-09 ,i already sms him almost on the spot ,but he never responded,then if i dont bank in ,why he reply me that he is looking for the white w 595 thru other supplier the next day ,dont u think ts is good in twist and turns?

why should i be trouble some in this case? the record show only 2 (two) person deposited rm50 that day.and i dun hv intention to make things worst,jus wanna get back my rm50 deposit,it clearly shows that i already bank in.(how many ppl dare to report to police in my case????.if he wanna  giv me my money HE should done it b 4 al these broke out here.i call him so many times but he jus pretend tat i`m another stupid guy.i already giv warning too,DONT PLAY 2,u`ll pay the price.

Do u usually ask buyer to pay deposit 1st then u take your stock, or the other way?

he confirm got stock then i bank in (i m not fool).this case wont arise IF he told me No stock.1st he already cheating in very beginning,then when i sms him i had bank in ,he never answer me (this nothing to do with PM.that pm i send was the next day coz worry him Not receive the deposit)

Oh bro , Usually if the customer comfirmed the phone , then will request the customer that to bank in RM50 , then we get the stock for customer , if can then we will do COD , if cant find the stock will do the refund.
Because sometime we really cant find any stock in market even go 4 supplier

say is easy,wait till u get con by this man.

the statement clearly shows he did received money from 2 ppl deposited thru atm,he should check,why must i be the victim here,he should told me that he wont refund till i show the receipt thru phone conversation,but he ask me to send my maybank a/c without letting me know he need the receipt(my son went bank in ,and now  in pj,how can send him the receipt? )
u dun simply say u`ll refund and then later ask me again for the receipt.this not the way a Good business man do,for rm50 in my situation SAME to HIM,do u think i need to acused him,simple case but who make it worst now,the Damage done,jus because idiot dun respect me  in the 1st place,,if u try to twist and turns ,i definately wont allow  .

Some buyers tend to get hot-headed, and i was involved in a previous discussion as well where the guy just lacked the necessary comprehension/understanding of how trading works and instead chose to argue with curses, insults, half-baked sentences (lack of english proficiency?)

The market constantly demands buyer protection and things like customers are right, but conveniently ignore seller protection and rights. I am a buyer and seller at the same time and i agree that both are important, but they should be EQUALLY important.

Again salute to you and since the refund has been made, everything should settle down nicely. Just be content that you gave him a chance (in fact many chances) and buyers who fail to take the chance shouldnt be on your list of worries. Hope TS doesnt bother you anymore.

I dun know it is true or not but very easy & sempoi deal with this Hing. Bank in deposit for my digicam around 12.30pm and meet him at KL Sentral at 4.15pm & received my item. Totally no problem.

for me, I understand the frustration of TS. He got conned b4 and the matter is worst when seller is providing all sort of bad service. This only cause more anger from TS. When someone is angry, they will make bad decisions. This is what happened here. Can't really blame TS cause seller also provide bad service. Taken people's money, delaying and then no stock.

TS,i can prove that he isn't a conman.he needed that receipt coz wanna proof u bank in.see his history.4 ppl bk in rm 50.so he wan that just to avoid any problem.if still wanna know pm me 4 my phone no.we ckp tgther abt this prob.
