HI....Im owner of phase 1, had juz realize this forum.

Appreciate to all amansiaran for provided such a helpful info in this forum.

I received vp recently and plan to settle balance with dev this few days, but have doubt abt service charges. Can i draf the confirmation letter (1st yr borne by dev)? scare tat will take another week or mth if asking them to give the confirmation letter.
Is tat service chrg RM65 incl water n electrical supply (snp - fifth schedule)? means no seperate electrical n water meter?

Anyone did get the key n have the confirmation?

I have sign and collected keys in middle of January and my SnP dated end of January 2009 (25th January 2009). Since, the invalid VP was issued dated 07th January 2009, which start date that i should use to claim LAD? Is it 07th January 2009 or 25th January 2009? Confuse..

called MPS.CF coming issued by next week.The approval from YDP just down to Jabatan Pembangunan.So, Please be ready for your budget to renovate or move in to NEW HOUSE!! Cheers!

I'm owner of 42-3 (Phase I). Recently know abt this forum. Thank you very much to all for sharing. Jst fax LAD claim to the developer and also by Reg. post. Waiting for reply.

A few of them have called MPS and have got information saying that CF is approved for Phase 1 - should be getting it next week.

looks like moving in during puasa month. good also. got excuse not to do open house. house not fully ready for visitors. biggrin.gif

even we can get move in the house,there still a few issue tht we dun know about condition n solution like narrow road,park space,reno deposit,funeral,kenduri party etc..

What about the RM3,000 renovation deposit? what to do to get them reduce to RM1k?

If I'm not wrong. we can change this rule (among others) after we get the keys, and start our own joint management committee.

within 12 months period after cf obtained, developer must form JMB and hand over the a/c to JMB, so i would see that will not be so soon, since they still have 12 mths period
