hi all,
Thks everyone.this forum being very informative & helpful.sharing & caring as a community even before move-in.apreciate that.surely we'll have a good happy & peaceful neighbourhood. finally i've received VP on 17th july too. 2mrw im goin to pay & set apmnt to collect keys and check the defects..thats 1st thing. secondly work on LAD...im no good in wiriting formal letters or mayb too lazy 2 google arnd..hehehe..as i refer to previous post there's sample LAD letter on http://www.hba.org.my/help/sample.htm .should we follow Sch G or Sch H ?? hope any1 here already prepared the LAD letter can put up here as standard so we all can follow same.of cuz changes in s&p date and amount..but VP stil standard 17th July 2009. quite worried,wonder how my hse will b..hopefully no serius defects. btw,for thoose already paid & colle[U]ct keys, wen i make payment for maintance 12+1..wil they give a letter stating that its for effective from august 2010-july2011?..any1 got the payment letter/receipt ? first year is free rite. P/s: after cf and move-in i think all should arrange a BBQ session for treat ourself.,we deserve it...after a long hard way & finally the wait is over....we can use facilities there,community hall or playground area...can invite phase 2 & 3 fella's too... |

hi all
A bit confuse that we calculate the LAD until the VP date or the CF date??? Some said calculate till VP date , n some said calculate till CF ?? If the developer said they oledi summited the borang E , then are that means we can get our CF within 14 days of the VP date?? |

Maintenance Fee,
regrading the maintenance fee, is rm 65.00 per month. this is calculate by phase 1 only estimated 700+ unit only. but now phase 2 and 3 are joining in, dont u think the fee should b reduce? |

Hi there i got my letter delivery of Vp on 17th july, together with architect cert of stage completion dated 17th july.All I hope is that the $65 fee wont increase in the coming 5 or 10 years, and Im satisfied enough for the total miscl : i have to pay maintenance service for 12 months plus 1 month deposit.( snp stated 6 months only). u all agree with that? |
