so far the guard still allowed visitors to go in. but in no time that shall b security threat. do you know that a few houses has their water meter stolen last week? as more and more people move in, there'll be more n more visitors coming in. parking will then be a hell of a problem. yesterday my neighboring houses' contractors and own cars parked inconsiderately on both side of the road. another neighbor has to put her driving skill to test to inch trough in between those cars! certainly we don't want this rite?

Yes i agree with u phchuo.. i have been visit my friends that lived in fully guard house.. Visitor still can come in without walking far way to their family's or friends house. wether they exchange ic/driving license or the guard give some A4 card, and wrote it as 'VISITOR' for the visitor to put on the dashboard.

Yes its only a suggestion.. sebab my parents now sudah pencen..so, mereka selalu visit anak2 mereka utk tgk cucu2.. jd, kalau mereka kena jalan kaki, sure mereka xnk dtg rumah i.. cry.gif

I just called OCBC, they just release my pymnt on 1/12/09.. hope will get the key soon..

hi all,

gud moningg...

just call d bank (mine is MBSB), they already post laju d cheque today to developer... i shal wait for another week just to get d sticker n hse key.. nod.gif

im planing to drop by to this lovely taman tomorrow... cant wait to move in as i pass by this area everyday n futhermore this is our first house.. biggrin.gif

Wah, seronoknya Lin, akak belum pindah lagi, dapur under reno lagi, rasanya next week pindah kot. I just call tribunal to check on the postpone date which was on the 04th of Jan, they said wirama cannot make it , so i guess it will postpone to another date, they said they will inform us via letter or email. But to be at the save side i will still call tribunal before 4th Jan to check .

the main problem is space for visitors cars not the visitors pass. refering to INBTWIN remarks, there were visitors/contractor who park their inconsiderately. I faced the same problem too. for few days in a row one of the neighbour (who just moved in) visitors and contractors keep blocking my way. everytime it happened I have to call up on the neighbour. doh.gif

but then when i call up this morning, they told me that they already received the payment but the lawyer side still haven't....??? doh.gif doh.gif

bro. when the bank has made the payment and they (developer) has received it, then, why has to wait for the lawyer to receive the 2.5%? that one just for them to keep as stakeholder. tomorrow go and collect ur key la bro!

Yep.

developer only concern about whether they have received the $$ or not. As soon as they do, they will WELCOME the owner to pay them even more $$$.

ph 1 owners might have no big problem if insist the visitor to park at visitor's assigned parking space but not for Ph2 & 3 unless there's another issue like "ph1 jln 1/5" at Ph2&3 blink.gif rclxub.gif

still the same for phase 1. Not many visitors car park (if any) and location could be far away from house. if you observe only few places can be assigned as visitors car park. I have not been to phase 2. maybe this weekend naik motor jln2 cari pasal.

anyone wanna do shuttle service biz then? joke aside, i think its quite a viable biz if u include ferrying school cildren to school, kindergarden, kumon etc. I myself have 3 school going kids at home! if u charge RM50/kid, i have to pay RM150! imagine out of 700+ units in amansiara? say 10 hire u = 70 family... equal to RM10,500/month... not bad eh? go buy one hyundai starex 12 seater!

i got my access card & card stickers (1 each only, damn! hmm.gif ), but can only make appointment on middle of the month; cos all are fully book!

oh my god... around 3.00pm this afternoon, i called the bahagian pinjaman perumahan...guess what... the cheque still in side the cheque room...ha..ha..ha... timeline... 24 Nov they get the letter from Wirama... 30 Nov still processing... 3 Dec voucher ready... 4 Dec The Cheque is in the Cheque room... only on coming Tuesday they can post the cheque... no wonder i have to pay RM550+ for late interest.... thank you guys...

Arrgh...MAria, my penalty more than yours!! paying penalty for nothing ...can use the money to do minor renovation already! sometime geram with Gomen but too bad i am working with Gomen too ...huh!! sad.gif do hope they keep their promise then ...do remember after this, every Fri will be PH ...dont wish to hear from them "Banyak staf cuti lar!" ...let's kacau them everyday ...i will call everyday to rush them ! help me MAria !!
