just managed to talk to Mr Tan just nw.. he "advised" me to defer my intention to pay my portion i.e.purchaser's part even i insist to pay it within 7 days.. then i asked bot the interest part.. he answered.. its not gonna be a prob at this stage as they also aware that end financier i.e. banks will take sometimes to clear/release the payment... and even i clear my part still they cant handover the key to me.. so i dunno whether should i just wait then??

this morning i ade cal ms wong about late payment charge rm350, ms wong bgtau i boleh buat surat rayuan utk reduce kan charge tu... tp bergantung pada pihak mangment utk lulus atau tidak. so i igt i nk try buat lah. if not approve, its ok..sekurang2nya i dah usahakan.
