For those who had submitted the document through us, you may collect your acknowledgement of the submission from my house (No. 58-1, Jalan Amansiara 1) between 8.00pm to 10.00pm daily for the next 2 weeks.

Please call me at 016-6943517, before making your journey to my place. The last date for collection will be on the 13th of December 2009.
Next Action Plan:

To revisit YB William Leong and the Commissioner of Building (COB) from MPS on the formation of JMB.

Already took my key yesterday.....got 1 access card & sticker.......go to check on my house..still no water meter & electric meter......CF also not yet approved for phase 2...can't do renovation.... wink.gif

tu lah gomen ni. If internally pun dia org layan macam tu, apa kan lagi org luar yg berurusan dgn gomen. terlalu byk birokrasi dll. actually co swasta yg run by malays pun sama. sbb tu selalu kena kutuk. lebih2 lagi GLC icon_rolleyes.gif

you r lucky. at least the salesman or agent gave you advise. the salesman i dealt with has no knowledge at all. very young chap. furthermore, he left after that. bugger!

do any of da phase 2 and 3 owner contacted authority asking about our CF? i just received email from da arkitek (willie ngu) im asking about da cf application and they replied tat they were told by MPS da CF shal be within dis week or next week......i hope can rely on tat info....cross fingers

Last week at nite..naik moto with hubby round2 our taman (x pakai topi keledar u..hehehe)
Round at Ph2 in front Ph1...what I'm saw the road macam bentuk 'V' lah.. (the road on my left)

2nd access card & sticker can apply at management office, kena bayar RM200 kan? RM100 deposit, RM100 for access card.. ( i x apply pun smile.gif )

My son still lagi cakap x yah g genting lah...sini pun dah sejuk hehehe

Lynn dah buat dah...dah siap pun dan dah masak-memasak dah...hahhhh kan banyak dah..dah...dah... tu..hahaha

Tempoh masa nak siap tu.. start je CONFIRMED design at less 2 weeks,
1st week - designer hantor kilang nak siapkan the cabinet(pasang 1 hr dah siap),
2nd week pulak- sbb lynn pasang solid surface...kena order lepas pasang kabinet..

kalu nak harga ok..boleh pergi WIRA KICTHEN Kepong dekat Carefour tu..kami buat situ..service & salesman dia mmg ok...I rekemen!! thumbup.gif

[I] nod.gif hmmm, after VP, the total claims from developer is just 97.5%, so bank will consider part disbursement, no full installment yet until 100%.. but then you can call / write in to bank to mention that u wish to go for installment and not serve interest anymore. its all depend on u and ur bank icon_rolleyes.gif

my house condition looks good....cuma shower dalam toilet luar contractor pasang tak berapa kemas....then ada bocor sket kat living area...dah told Mr Lim suruh betulkan.....toilet ceiling memang rendah cam phase 1....tapi ada contractor cakap ceiling toilet rumah I yg kat luat boleh di naikan sebab i level 4.....tak tau lagi cam ner ....nanti nak pegi tengok rumah lagi....parking ok ..agak besar & ada ruang lagi lepas paking keta....cuma air & api lum ada....
