Ello p2 and p3 guys!

I've just visited the site with my family. Even though I only got the access card and scheduled to take the keys this coming Thursday, the guards allowed me to go walk around p2* (but not drive into it), which of course we did and I finally I am able to see my unit for the very first time.

*3 days ago immediately after I got access card I entered amansiara, the guard in p2 shoo me away saying only those with keys can enter p2 compound.

Suprisingly (and shockingly) its unlocked and I get to unofficially inspect it early. A few windows are broken. Ceiling is low for the 2 main bedrooms. If I install the ceiling fan and switch it on, a quick hand raising will sure make me lose my fingers.

We also tried to enter other units but too bad they were locked.

summary: If you managed to enter amansiara compound through any means, you can explore p2 and p3 units now without the guard chasing after you.

U interchange the living and dining room is it? What about the plug point for tv?

Btw, any neighbours of jalan amansiara 2/6 here other than alanyuppie n me?

Waaa.. maria! u are my jiran! i'm 303B at jalan 2/2... Confirmed that jalan 2/2 is 40ft wide. I've been there.. curi2 masuk. But sadly my porch slope... ishh....

mine also jalan amansiara 2/6.

better do something bro! if u use bank financing, its going to create problem to the real 371 if u don't pay ur bank 'cos our security to t bank now is Loan Agreement cum assignment i.e u assign ur right under the snp to t bank to secure the loan.. worst still if unit 371's snp stated 317.. and they dont pay.. ur house nanti kena lelong bro!!!

Last Sat, I took my keys (Ph3, first row)... generally, no slope prob that row (thank god!!!). The house looks nice, the view is 'magnificient' - for Level 3 fellas, it wud be haven for u guys. no major defects but the tile arr.... only hall big tiles, rooms standard tiles.... uuhuhu! cheat my feelings! The bathroom ceiling no need to say la, low also.

I brought two contractors, they were cracking their head with me how to renovate the kitchen... I'm still in dilemma if I should build a wall or counter top.

My neighbour Wadey, sudah inspect rumah? bila moving in?

I visited a show house near p2 and p3. They hacked the wall in the kitchen, and the contractor said that we can do the hacking on that wall. Is that true?
I noticed that my wall is not flat. Anyone is facing that also?

My understanding is you can hack the wall dividing the wet kitchen and dry area.

I even saw some of the house removed the dividing between two houses. If my neighbor agree, I would want to do that also. It will look bigger to remove that.

Any suggestion, when can i sell my unit? My one PH2 (1st row - 272B). Any one interested?....i have the letter to pay all fees to developer. So thats mean, we already collect the keys rite?....

Yeah, i am Jalan 2/6 also.. 3 rd floor.

Baru bayar utk collect access card dari developer sabtu lepas (phase 2)...i bayar 3+1 maint.fee (Total RM457.++ including other charges). Then terus pergi tengok rumah dari luar rumah je la sebab tak boleh masuk, kunci belum dpt, buat appointment utk collect key on 15/12/09 (tuesday) at 2.00pm. Syukur parking saya takde slope..rumah sebelah memang teruk parking dia, rumah 9-2 & 9-3 kalau tak silap...memang tinggi parking dia macam naik bukit (kesian the owner)..rumah i jalan 2/4, luas jln 40ft..ada sesiapa ke jiran i kat sini ?

too bad to say that "Rakyat Ddahulukan", Gomen staf ditinggalkan untuk bayar penalty berlambak!
