being very busy lately... can c a lot of ppl staying in the area ... I have 1 question here, If i want to claim LAD through tribunal , what should i bring to tribunal office?

Hi All,
Just back from Wirama office able to collect 1 access card only. Can apply another one with management office!!
Ask about CF also.. they said should be ready within this month. (hopefully)....
As for service charge i take the option of 12+1 with 1 more year free.. since i think i will living ther more than 2 years so this the best option to save some money also... (as i know 3+1 is without any promotion or free duration, who ever take this option need to pay service charges every 3 month)

Although the committee managed to find extra parking space somewhere (which I doubt), its still not enough. There are just too many of us. |

Really crazy well, i suggest the visitor stop-by the guard house to take a visitor pass by exchanging their ID card.once they get out from the Taman, just pass back the visitor pass back to the Pak Guard to get back their ID .then those visitors to P2 & 3 need not to worry walking all the way up just to visit a friend...it's ridiculous to ask them to park the car down the hill and walk all the way up ! it's only a suggestion ... that's the only way to identify the visitors ...did visit a friend in Bt Idaman Condo/Apt near the police station, they practice like this for all the visitors |
