Are you using the wet kitchen tap for washing machine?I modify pipe and tap out from direct line for washing machine,not yet test ,hope water pressure will increase.

I received a letter to collect my LAD at Wirama office, but the amount look likes after 50% discount from my claim....(aku tak buat SALE pun)... suggestion?????

Yesterday i talk with mr. Kwa about renovation. He say we can't reno our house according to SNP. Means that can't separate kitchen and living room. I say your sample house got do so. He say is a marketing tools( cheat us to buy).

Mr Kwa also told us we should read through our SNP b4 sign it. How come we can read all the SNP(how many pages i dunno)?

LAD less 50% ? so crazy la wirama... i submitted the LAD 1-aug-09'..but until now still no response...

Hiya, me very sad lah, I've so many problems with my unit.

1) No water connection
According to management maybe the main pipe stuck, have to dig to check the piping. So have to wait for them to rectify the defect. Have to wait don't know how long, coz they need expert to do this.
Becoz of this I can't start renovation and I've paid 30% to the renovator.

2) Renovation problem
Don't know whether can hack wet kitchen wall or not? Will be building bar counter to separate kitchen from living, don't know it is allowable or not.

3) LAD problem
If the Dev only pay us 50% have to go all the way to Tribunal don't care!!! Will not give way if this kind of treatment we get from them.

Really make me maddddd!!!!!!!!! Anger growing every day.

Dear neighbour staying @ 1/5 plz keep an eye on my unit 109-1 to see if anyone come and fix the water prob. Thanks my dear frens.

anyone here get a permit for renovation?and need to wait how long the fly over is complete??is not fair the LAD claim just give 50%.very angry everything need to hold-better put a sign board AMAN SIARA at main road.many thing need to settle --example-LAD claim,visitor parking,sign board,club house,renovation permit,fly over,access card,water low.3K for reno,...........................................

Any one here PLSSSSSSSSSSSSS if developer pay less that what u should get for LAD, PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSS go to the tribunal.

Dont let them do this to us.
FYI, when i collected my key, my statement showed that i just need to pay them only RM0.85 and they want it!!!!

The management cannot stop us from doing renovation. It is clearly stated the conditions for carrying out renovation, the DOs and the DON'Ts; and the RM3,000 deposit.

Mr Kwa must be booted from his position once the JMB is set up. We do not need people who don't know how to manage property. He is from the property management, what property he managed before? Chicken coops?

the developer has to pay BY ORDER with certain period..
but she is not an amansiara ownerlah..

hi guys, i just received letter regarding LAD claim from developer today.

In the letter, the developer calculated the Vacant Possesion is 17/7/2009(please note, not until date 28/8/2009, becareful).

They only pay me RM4K, is after 50% discount. ( for info, i claim RM10K, claim until 28/8/2009)

Then i call YASMINE, admin department, she say if i dont want accept please write letter to them wor....

if you are me, do you accept this figure?

go to tribunal & submit your claim la, what for accept this 50%? it is not money matters, how can they charge everything to buyer, did they give 50% discount to late pyt chrg?

if u r awarded by tribunal, d developer must pay u within 30 days from d awarded date. normally they will appeal to judge for instalment pyt. judge will see how big is d amt then decide d instalment.

I tak faham la, why this developer like this... somemore bagi name for this project Amansiara. so AMAN for WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what is this 17/7/09 date? based on what they said is 17/7/09? when is d borang E submission date? 28/8 or 17/7? no need to write or reply them if you do not want to accept, just proceed to tribunal & claim, u will get 100%.
