Well I think in terms of "entry" road, developer quite generous here. The road to Rawang before entering our taman is 2 lanes, that also quite struggling coz its uphill and the leftmost lane always slowed down by big lorries, then suddenly sprout additional 3-lane into our taman. I scared the case is terbalik. Intend to go Rawang, end up in Amansiara. LOL.

Hi all.

Its good to learn that u all are moving in. my lane still just me and another family. I would like to alert those who has moved in, beware of strangers 'cos there r contractor's workers staying in the showroom and also developer's workers who stay at the kongsi around phase 2 n 3.

here's the guards no. in case of emergency or anything. 012-9801715

yes i have to agree with this. there should be a signage b4 the amansiara junction. most of the lorry driver miss it. although instructed to slow down after the flyover they still over shoot.

I think something wrong with either the mgmt or mr kwa ... we were given letter on which wall cannot touch ... now they said wait until next week on whether can do reno or not ???? They should have come out with the guidelines earlier. Now its a bit too late. People has already started doing reno. some even have done it. What is this?

There are a lots of ready made wardrobe. you can shop around. the difference is in the quality and pricing. sometimes not so much on quality but presentation. you know malaysia lah. its always like that. Maybe you can call 03-76661116 or surf www.skillwood.com.my.

According to him ,the kitchen narrow ,built to owner specification, should remove wet kitchen partition and renovate open kitchen style.

anyway if out of budget, renovate according to budget. biggrin.gif

Ya, the house is nice. But, 47k? mm..mm.. sweat.gif
If kitchen narrow will feel a bit airless.
The showhouse at 1/5 (end lot) partitioned dining and kitchen by a bar, quite a good idea. Plan to do that.

ya.. Kitchen bigger better. My fridge is 2 side door, not suitable to put in kitchen, have to put in living hall, otherwise I got no space to keep kitchen stuff. And the washing machine will put in wet kitchen.

talking about the washing machine, water pressure is very low. Shower part settled by using water heater c/w pump motor. But we still facing problem with the WM. Normal washing session was only 45 mnts, but now it takes longer time cry.gif since malas nak tunggu, we on it before go to bed and next morning baru masuk dryer.
